    You must install the last friction plate shifting half phase. you can see in the video when you dissasembled the presure plate.

      @@pestoking2469 its in the workshop manual, the very last friction plate you put in is supposed to be rotated by one notch when compared to all the others.

    Clutch video!!! Awesome. I'll be tackling that at the end of this riding season. Thanks for another great vid!

      The clutch is pretty simple with these bikes you should have it done pretty quick when you do it.

    Hope you used the markings on the clutch case to line up the plates ? And the last plate moves over one phase .

      Hi Rickie, what can I aspect from such a flash? I already had mine on the dyno with a powercommander..

      @@pepernoot4 Hey Stan...With a flash they can do so much more than they can with a PC, like changing timing maps,rev limits,secondary fly openings,deletes certain things...Once done you can still get it dyno`s to fine tune the fuel values if you think you need to.

    I need advice. I have a yamaha fz1n 2007 and the handle of my clutch is very hard. I changed the wire and again, what else to change or put to lighten my handle. My hand is very tired now.

    Bro, I have a problem with the speed sensor wiring conector, it is a 4 pin conector I have no idea we’re it belongs to . Can u help me?😢

    • @rhetericalpha
      @rhetericalpha  Рік тому

      The speed sensor connector should be 3 wires. It plugs into the back of the motor near the shock. It gets the speed signal from the transmission

    Love the vids, I have an FZ1 Fazer '07. I've got a powercommander and its been on the dyno. Is this very different from an ecu flash? Or would it be even better to have both? Thanks in advance. Heard a lot about the flash guy on the Internet!

    Hey great video but I have 2 questions!
    1- is vcyclenut doing a special flash since you are installing a sc?
    2- with the sc, I understand I will need new HD springs for the clutch, but what if I put all 6 in? Thanks!

    • @rhetericalpha
      @rhetericalpha  4 роки тому

      HEY Felix, so Vcyclenut is just doing the usual flash. Derestricting the stock settings, lower limits in lower gears, lower temp for fan on and those type of things.
      Now I ran stock springs for a long time but then really started getting into it and had a tiny bit of slippage. I wouldn't recommend doing all 6 springs as it will be one hell of a time pulling it in all the time and you could bog the motor more easily without enough throttle. Would be a pain for daily riding.
