I don't know if you know that, but the second stanza of the play was dedicated by Tuomas to Floor, the text referring to her marriage and her little girl. And Troy ... as far as is known, plays 18 instruments.
Troy can sing and play anything, he is great! yes Sarah needs to hear the original too.
Tuomas wrote the second verse for Floor. As a thank you that the band grew up with her and became family again.
A little hint, because you like Marco so much.
Marco is also a solo singer. He also has his own youtube channel like Floor. He and Floor are actually shown in the small windows in almost every Nightwish video in the end. Just click on it when you see Marco there. 😉

I haven't found out what Troy isn't able of doing. He can do it all. He went from doing guest performances with Nightwish to being a full blown Nightwish member the same year Floor became an official member. Such a great addition to the band.

Hi Tom. At first i'll say i like all of your Nightwish reactions very much! If you want to hear Troy singing again than look/hear the song "Harvest" from the last album. But he also sings with Marco and Floor in the song "I want my tears back" the 2nd and 3rd refrain, do the Buenos Aires 2019 version, Troy also sings the beginning of the song "My Walden", do the Tampere 2015 version. I think i saw all of your Nightwish reactions but now i'm not sure if you did an reaction about the last 2 songs. If you do an reaction from the Nightwish song "The greatest show on earth", and i hope you do, than please do the Tampere 2015 version because it's an outdoor conzert and they can do things outdoor they couldn't do indoor, i don't say more, if you see it you know what i mean.

The vocal lines on this song are really hard (a lot of songs on this album are extremely difficult to sing due to the difficulty of the vocal lines-Tuomas really challenged Floor that way and she responded in the only way I think she knows ...perfection). Keep up the great work 🤘

This songs sounds like what I imagine a medieval ballad would be. Not much for acoustic music, but this was awesome.

Tom, I love watching the emotions on your face while you listen to Floor. I sincerely feel that your face mirrors what I am feeling in my heart. P.S. Floor has been known to do some live interviews with other UA-cam Reactionists.... Maybe put out the request that you'd like to interview her live on your show. Who knows, she might just accept... then you could ask if she would like to attend your 25th Anniversary :) She has also been known to do her own reactions to people like yourself doing reactions to her songs with Nightwish.

Tuomas, Troy, and Tuomas's wife Johanna Kurkela have another side band called: AURI. Troy prominently a featured vocalist, especially on 'Desert Flower" Really Great Album, but how couldn't it be.

Troy started adding his vocals during the 2018 "Decades" tour! "Harvest", from the "Human :|: nature"2020 album was written for him to take the spotlight on vocals... Back to the Decades thing... The old song "Swanheart" was the opening song.... Very ballsy in a big way! Troy went out on his own to start the show with an instrumental version of this piece!

If I heard 'Nightwish acoustic', I would immediately have pictured Marko playing an upright (old school) bass.
The first time Troy sang was in 'The Crow, the Dove and the Owl' (or something like that...)

Tom seriously, pack up and bring your family and live in the center of the Netherlands. You would typically live within 2-3 hrs driving of 3 of the biggest festivals (Graspop in Belgium, Wacken in Germany, PinkPop in the Netherlands) and a lot smaller festivals well worth visiting too. Concert halls a sizeable capacity etcetera all within reach. Flying to Finland, well... that's just a 'hop' instead of a long haul... 😁😁😁

She can arrenge example trips to NW museum in Finland and perhaps get one band member to pop by and say hi and have a photo taken with u guys.

I feel like the best song to hear after this soothing experience is not another Nightwish song, but another Floor song.
I'd recommand to hear Disdain from Graspop 2010 with Floors former band ReVamp.

The video is of course more produced and wonderful. Great heavy guitar - love both versions. Btw the part about meeting, taking the leap, and a child is what Tuomas wrote about Floor meeting her husband and the birth of their little girl. :)

Some people say "It's not fair that one band should have 2 such good singers as Floor and Marko. Having 3 good singers in the same band - Floor, Marko AND Troy - does not make it any better, it's highly unfair to other struggling bands. Cheers / B.

hes also playing ulinnean pipes, the pipe instrument u put under your arm. also hes guitar style is spanish guitar which is super dope if u master it. very difficult imo using all fingers to play guitar but thats just me.. I switched to bass for a reason lol
