I actually hoped that we would be able to play as Zelda and Link. But as you said, just tiny segments played by Link. We need to let Zelda shine for once! And again congrats on 300 subs! 💛💛
I would hands down, with out a doubt love if The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom be a blending Link: The Faces of Evil, and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, picture this Game Starts. as usual, Ganon has returned, he captures Zelda and the would be sages, we get traditional dungeons Act 1 ( The Faces of Ganon) [Playing as Link] 1. Hyrule Castle (Lower levels) 2. Secret Passage 3. Eastern Sea Palace (Zora's Domain) Zora's Pearls 4. Southern Desert Palace (Gerudo) Spirit Opal 5. Western Wood Palace (Korok Forest / Lost Woods) Korok Emerald ( I am choosing to rename it from Kokiri's) 6. Northern Mountain Palace (Goron Fire Temple) Goron Ruby Get The Master Sword 7. Hyrule Castle Tower the fateful events of Link getting swallowed by the voids Act 2. (The Wand of Gamelon) (now known as The Tri Rod) [Playing as Zelda] 1. The Hyrule Castle Tower Escape 2. Kakariko Prefecture (upgraded from a city or township it its own micro-state) Shadow dungeon entry way via the Library 3. Arbiter's Grounds - Dragmier's Crypt - Spirit dungeon 4. Passage of Time - a world between worlds like expanse where Zelda fully awakens her Sacred powers and is able to finally venture back to 5. Hyrule Castle Tower Return - she must use her powers of time to reverse the blight of the rifts, and save Link.
Technically this is the second time can play as Zelda. The first was Zelda’s Adventure on the Cd-i. Though would be first from Nintendo themselves. Though good job on the video i am subscribing.
To me, it's unfair to count the CD-I games. They did horrible for the franchise, where Echoes of Wisdom is THE next evolution of top-down Zelda. This game is doing the same thing that Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild did for the series, so as true as it is that you could play as Zelda in the CD-I games and Hyrule Warriors, this game is presenting it in a whole new way that will change the series forever, which is why the CD-I games don't count.
@@XanderVJ Yeah, but Zelda isn't exactly playable in that game. There are only portions in that game where spirit zelda helps you, and Link still had the main role in that game. In Echoes of Wisdom, the main role is going to be played by the Princess. This game is her adventure, where she is more than just a sidekick.
@@XanderVJ Yup, and Hyrule Warrior. My head canon, it's an alternate universe, where the different timelines collide. Spirit tracks is an awesome game. Awesome music. I also like Phantom Hourglass.
@@ganonfan She's playable in "Spirit Tracks". Full stop. Sure, Link is still the main character, but that doesn't make Zelda "not being exactly playable". By that logic, we could say she isn't "exactly playable" in the "Hyrule Warriors" games either. And if you said it because she is in ghost form to posses enemies, that's a distinction without a difference.
Your voice is a bit quiet compared to the music which makes you a bit hard to hear if you could fix that it would improve video quality. As for playable Link I see two points in the story to use for Link the first is what happened to Link after he entered the rift. The second is a prequel campaign Link's journey up to the start of the game.
First of all, thanks for the video feedback! I always feel like the music is too quiet when I'm editing, but I guess I'm just not hearing correctly I suppose. And second, I think your prequel idea is really interesting and could be a possibility. We'll see when the game comes out!
@@ganonfan It could be a problem with your editing software try checking your videos outside of your editing software before uploading them to UA-cam that should limit the variables. Although it could be a problem with the upload itself so another check after upload should help narrow down where the problem is. I think that the prequel idea could make a cool post game unlock or DLC. While the other idea could make a cool base game side adventure putting Link in more of a support role trying to help Zelda in anyway he can like trying to keep the evil contained from his end.
@@darkdagger5237 I'll have to check it out for my next video. The video I'm working on is one I don't want to mess up, so I am taking as long as I need to make it good quality. But thanks for telling me other ways to check the audio!
I have played évery single zelda game and I have never wanted to play as Zelda. If you can't play as Link during the whole game then I am not interested. If you want to play as Zelda then good for you.
I imagine it's purely for the intro sequence and that's it
Nah, its going to be like symphony of the night with a classic mode

I'd rather have Link unlocked half way through as a fully interchangable character. So people can switch styles on the fly.

I love how planned out this is! Your idea also reminds me of A Link to the Pasts story, wich would be really cool. Great job!
