Wonder what the difference is that makes it so much more expensive than a $10 smart plug from Walmart? Other than weather proofing..😮 they supposedly support 11 amps as well.
Then any smartphone or smartwatches can control it.

So basically nothing a Chinese remote operated "smart" socket won't do.

Thanks for the video, I am thinking about getting one for myself as well. Did you ever end up finding a wristband solution at one of the local watch stores? Also, now that you’ve had it for a while, does it prove to valuable after you’ve used it for a while or do you think that a cheap knockout version would be just as good?

Its currently around $120. That makes it just under 10x more than the chaper one shown in the video which is around $14. The cheaper one is very simmilar to a Fastcap RCV that melted on me after six years, so I've got some reservations about it however the Fosmon has been issue free for two years prior to switching to the Milwaukee unit.

It’s on purpose not to be hanged on hand. None of these Bluetooth or wife good for your body. Some people got neck pain after wearing smartwatches. Just put this band on hoover hose.

Certainly is, though if it were put into jobsite use I suspect it's value proposition is much better than a plug in wall socket in a workshop.
