I know exactly what you mean about the textbook thing. I don’t learn by just reading something or someone telling me something because I get bored and distracted. I’m a hands on person I have to write it down. It’s important to know how u learn cause it really helps! Thanks for the tips! You’re an inspiration :)
We're so alike!! Glad you liked the tips! 💖
In a few years I'm going to dental school and I'm actually so happy I found your channel ❤ I love your videos so much!
:D Thank you!
If you passed the test, what is some advice that you can share? Please let your fellow dental students know! :D
Thanks for reply...so you mean i must take part 1 and part 2 then apply for 2years?.is it important score of board exam for apply in dental program?..i graduated from Philippines that is English country do still i need get TOEFL.?really thanks for putting your time here.
all schools require part 1 and some need part 2. better to pass both of them and the score is not important since it's a pass/fail exam. as for toefl , you need to have +100 toefl score to have a higher chance of acceptance.
Very nice thank you for sharing!
@@mehdisalehi9852 Hey ! Can I ask a random question?..do I need to discontinue my present dental college after nbde part 1 if I make it out?
Thank you very much!! and thanks a lot for the helpful information of the whole video..!

Hey ! Can I ask a random question?..do I need to discontinue my present dental college after nbde part 1 if I make it out?hmm
Thank you for the tips! I did my dental education in mexico, and now I'm doing the licensing here in the states. This video really helped me sort out the hear- say and get to studying. Thanks again!
Good luck!!
Just passed it. Took me 5 months to study. I learned from Kaplan, First Aid, dental decks, First Aid q&a and released questions. I didnt have even a single question from dental decks. A lot of questions were related to dental anatomy. The exam is really detailed so read as much books as you can.
Congratulations!
So what book do u think was best to read first? And r u albanian?
Thank you for this tip really helps a lot :)
Glad it helped!
Thanks for giving information
congrats 💙💙💙
Thank you!!
Hi Brittany I found yours video very interesting and more how you make your notebooks can you do a video explain more about it?. I will appreciate it :D
helpful video thank you
Congratulations on passing! I took mine in January as well and passed. We basically used the same study method and materials (minus the dental decks). The pass the dental boards videos were a god send. Lol. Love your videos! Also where do you buy your notebooks? They’re super cute.
Congrats to you too!! I got them from target ❤️
what all did you use if not dental decks? decks is really overwhelming
can u plz give me ur email address to be in contact with u,cuz i have a lot of question about NDBE and i dont know from where should i start. ;(
Hello! Congrats Sophie. I have always heard about people doing dental decks, but I find them too complicated. Did you pass the exam only with Pass the Dental Board Videos and Dental Mastery App? Thx
"thumbnail!" lol youre so cute! congrats with everything!
Hahahahahaha thanks! ❤️ hope you are doing great!
Thank u so much for this amazing video...
But I just passed my second yr..and I m going to enter in 3 rd yr so if I take NBDE part1 in 3 rd yr....will my results be valid on future or it will cease with exam?
If a high school student,is making sat required?or you can immediately try to start working for this test?
Hello Brittany thanks so much for this video I really appreciate that you share this information with us. I have a question what are the first steps to apply for the dental boards. For you and for international dentist? Are the same?
Thanks so much.
I wish you all the best in your life
Hi Brittany! Absolutely love your videos!! I am a dentistry undergrad from Nepal. We have 5 and a half years of undergrad dentistry school which includes 4 and half yrs of studying and a year of internship. I really want to apply for the NBDE but not sure if clearing the test means studying another 4 yrs in American dental school. Do you know about the policy for international students? I am now in my 2nd yr and would love to give NBDEs after my internship. please provide me with some infos.
Hey ! Can I ask a random question?..do I need to discontinue my present dental college after nbde part 1 if I make it out?
That’s amazing congratulations!!! It must feel so good to have one more standardized test out of the way. So if if I am class of 2022, will I be able to take the nbde 1 and 2? Or are they going to make us take the Inbde?
Hmm that is a really good question! I don't know because you're right in the border!
hey brittany , thanks for vedio could you plz put the link of vedios helping for the test board ?
Do you plan to be a general dentist or specialist?
Many tnx Brittany, Wouldyou share your notes in pdf file?
The subjects of the new nbde will be the same ?
Hey Brittany! can you tell me the type of loupe you use ? cuz i gonna buy one and idk a good type to get
Orascoptic 2.5x magnification
Congratulations 🍾 also wanted to ask did u buy full course of Pass the dental board videos or the ones available for free on you tube ?
I used the free ones, they were very helpful!
Hi Brittany! First of all, thanks you soo soo much for this video really!! I am almost graduated from Portugal ( but I am French ) and I really wish to come to the us to do my specialisation :) I have a couple of questions maybe you can help me? First is there some questions that you studied into those books, that happened to be also in the NBDE you passed? is there like a company, school or anything that is doing like study programs ( doing old NBDE exam, with correction etc) ? And are the old exams available somewhere with a good correction? Thanks a lot if you can already answer to all of this you will really help me soo much. Wishing good luck for the rest :)
Hi Alea I come from Cuba. I am doctor there but I need to take the test here, please did you find any old test??? Or can you tell me which books need I study ??? Thanks
Is there any playlist for anatomy?
Do you get pdf versions of dental decks ?
Brittany do it needs ilets after passing nbde
Hi, your video was very helpful for me, can you say that the mastery app was helpful for you or not, should I really get it?
Thanks
I thought it was just alright. If I had to choose one, I'd choose the dental decks.
Could you please share the link of microbiology playlist! I could be a great help :)
Cool I found it in your description
This is of great help thank
How much time do you study in a week?
All of the these tests and subjects make me really nervous (especially chemistry.. oh god it's not my best subject I like biology way more) I feel like I'll just fail all of them. It makes me nervous to go to dental school because of it
If you take it one step at a time, it is very doable!
can you sell your notes in pdf file?
When you said you studied micro in a few days, did you mean pathology also? Thanks for the video 💕
To be honest, I didn’t spend too much to study pathology because I was already taking it as a class at the same time!
I have no idea why dental students don't use anki.
nice doctor
The video is superb. Thanks for sharing it.
I am from Afghanistan & if I try to take this exam will I pay money for this exam? And the next question is how much score shoud I have from my university to join this exam?
please please answer me!!!
Yes it costs money! I'm not sure about the score from university :(
Hi dr Brittany thank you for sharing your video its very helpful.im a dentist graduated from manila with 6 year experience. I want go usa nd get license there.do i need study there for 2years then i take board exam? or i can take it straight?. Whats part 1 nad part 2?....pleas guide me dra
I believe you will need to take the board exams first and then can apply to the international dental program which is 2 years.
Is they pay during these 2 years
Hey brittany! Did you purchase the subscription of pass the dental board vedios or gone through the UA-cam pass the dental board available vedios ....
As pass the dental board vedios are pretty expensive 😕
I just used the free videos on UA-cam 😝
@@brittanywatu4835 thank you so much....❤
Hi Brittany.!!. and everyone... can someone please tell me where can I get or find the released ASDA questions.
You can buy them from ASDA’s website, but they can get pretty pricy. I suggest investing in the mastery app because they are almost identical to the released ASDA questions and it comes with explainations too.
Sorry. Ok so the mastery app and ASDA released questions were the same in part2. Not sure about part 1!
Hello, I have a bachelors degree in Civil engineering and I'm looking to make a change to dentistry. The thing is I don't have qualifications in chemistry or biology. I have very strong mathematical, literature and strong physics knowledge. Would I even get a chance to be accepted into dentistry school?
Yes as long as you complete the dental school prerequisites at university. Like general biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, English, psychology etc etc. check the dental schools website to see which classes are necessary to take.
Brittany Watu ok thanks for the quick reply
yes! take your prerequisites, DAT and do some shadowing and volunteering with dentist and you will get in
How did you study. like didn't you sit on your phone for too long. Tell me the tips♥
I hid my phone haha
♥
Hey, I tumbled across your vid and found it super helpful.
I'm still doing my house surgeoncy and I wanna give nbde by next yr feb.
I have a ton of doubts.... can i dm u on insta.....?
thanks
Yes you can.
is it easy to study the dentistry ?
its a lot of work... its not impossible
Is there any Whatsupp group ?
Hey Brittany! Could you please let us know how much did you get as your taw score on your boards?
Actually if you pass, it doesn't say the raw score, only if you fail they send you then numerical score
Raw* score
is it going to be one exam instead of two ?
It's going to be one soon
@@brittanywatu4835 and how about the subjects?
is the failing rate high for this test?
also, you said the test will change after 2020? so instead of two exams it will be one exam?
The test will be one exam instead of 2

Eu pensei a mesma coisa kkkkk
Talk fast
Nervous 😂
