Thanks John. I have never given these a second look, but perhaps I should. On a random note, I was drooling over Finex skillets during the Fire Show and have decided to get a 12”. Do you have the lid and if so do you recommend it? It’s certainly less expensive to buy it with the pan rather than waiting to buy later.
I don't have the lid. I have all 3 skillet sizes and i have the dutch oven also. the dutch oven lid fits the 10" skillet. I don't use a lid on these skillets very often so its not something I consider very often. If I need a lid i'm typically cooking in a dutch oven instead of a skillet.
I have a similar recipe, but in ours we make bed of onion slices for the ribs then sauce and cook them. Great video thanks for sharing!
