Great opening!!! Your meetup will be incredible. I would never rent Blue Angel. Postcard ideas are an excellent idea. What a fun way to engage. I love it. Please you will be healthy for a very long time. We are just gonna steal you both and take you with us. Miriam really looks at reviews on massages first. I've had some crazy ones. On the comments we have found it's the commenter and what device they are commenting on. I can see it on Notifications but not always in comments. Hope that helps.
Excited to watch your adventure and see some beautiful scenery. I do not have a Spyder but do have a CanAm ATV and CanAm Ski Doo, also one of the largest dealers in Ontario or possibly Canada is only about 5 miles up the road.
I two are too much! I was laughing so hard on your intro! There are some dealerships in Florida, specially in the center of the state that will rent you spyders. Like everything, you need to do your research. Keep the videos coming!
Busted out laughing over the face you make talking about New Jersey! We are originally from NJ, Southern part, and were so happy to escape back in 2013. In all seriousness there are many parts of the state that are very nice. For those of you who traversed NJ via highway, the entire state is not one giant refinery. Looking forward to your Travel Documentary.
Nothing against NJ, Its just the traffic of the North East, not a place to chose to ride a Spyder. As I would not to go Nebraska for its night life or Beaches.
Good of you guys to arrange the Tulsa RTE. :) That will not be an easy task. Oh my, postcards, you will be overwhelmed. Millie and I plan a ride to FL to TN in May, that's gonna be our Odyssey, we are getting long in the tooth for the 'long' Odyssey. There's gonna be a lot of downtown Blue Grass in Sevierville.
I cruised thru Sevierville with friends about 10 yrs ago on the way back from the Honda Hoot. Beautiful area of TN! Can't wait to go back for a longer stay.
Thank you…you give me something to look forward to…with 11 degrees and 12” of snow on the ground, it’s hard to think about riding…I’d love to see a video about “how” you plan out a long distance trip…mileage, hotels, weather consideration, and especially, my favorite, SPA DAYS…
We generally travel about 225 miles per day, then spend the rest of the day doing the video work (shooting, editing) We have a few videos in our collection on how we do it in detail.
I have found that asking locals to give recommendations is the best way to go. That's one of the reasons that we like to stay in Airbnbs. We have found that the host really enjoys making local recommendations. When we traveled to Santa Fe in 2019, our airbnb host gave us the greatest spa recommendation -- Thousand Waves. It was quite a luxurious day. Can't do that kind of thing often but it sure was nice.
@@miriambryant1896 Great advice, that gives me some food for thought. Let me know if you’re ever passing through Central New York …we have a B&B and we’d be glad to put you folks up for a night or two
We can rent spyders near the Smokies hear in Tennessee. I've owned a spyded now for 4 years and I still haven't had any luck finding any groups to ride with. I can find lots of Harley riders and I do join in sometimes but I'm still the lone spyder rider in my area.
Really funny vid guys. Love the idea of you guys arranging the M&G, hope that it is a "rolling" success! Nancy totally loves the postcard idea as she is a huge fan and very diligent of sending them to friends during our travels. She gets even more excited about getting them from other friends travels and if she knows in advance, has often arranged to provide them a package with our address labels and a book of stamps to expedite the postcarding "process". LOL Be sure you will get an email from us for the pc request! one last thing, noticed some possible "blooper" moments at the end of the video. any thoughts on putting together a greatest hits blooper vid? ;-)
We would be disappointed if we didn't get a postcard request from Nancy! Love the idea. . . we should put together a "best of" bloopers/skit reel. Will ask John to add to his list of projects! Take care
@@miriambryant1896 "Will ask John to add to his list of projects!" Oops, sorry to John! Guess I'll owe you a beverage next time we meet for adding to your already full plate! 😔LOL
I work just down the street from Welltown. We are a two Spyder couple. Feel free to contact me regarding Tulsa and the greater Green country riding environment
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car to help you better driving, off-road? We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
Road the Spyder to work at my pt job at golf course in the dark, fog, rain, and fog at this 6am. Sometimes you just gotta ride…
It’s gonna be an epic trip. Looking forward to seeing it.

We’ll have to swap massage stories sometime, Barb. I have a funny one with a masseur who did not speak English.
@@miriambryant1896 I would love that lol.
Allways fun to watch your videos, excited to see the next one!
Listen to Miriam. You will never be sorry. See ya in California.
Nice prelude.

I am in Kansas, an easy ride to Tulsa, OK. I would consider making the ride to meet you both! Please keep us updated on that date.
That’s great! Please watch Facebook for any updates. We’re hopeful that the May 11th date is “firm” barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Good luck on your trip. Sounds like a lot of fun.

@@JohnMiriamsTravelVlog No worries on the NJ opinion. Totally agree on the traffic issues. The further North the worse it gets.
As always love your videos, hope the Tulsa trip will be non eventful, I'm speaking weather wise. I live in SE Ok. Tornado alley.
Our timing puts us in the "bulls eye" during middle tornado season. Peak times are 4-9pm,, we hope to be off the road each day by then.

Thanks Miriam, we hope to give the 20 RTL some mountain road carving experience. Can you ask John what oil he is using in his oil changes?

I believe Spyders were rented last year in Eureka Springs Arkansas
It did not show up in my web search. If you have it please let us know
Not sure its there any more but what was the worlds larrgest McDonald’s is on the turnpike south of Tulsa. Trourist trap but worth a look.

OMG, my parents collected and bought old postcards, which I inherited. I have THOUSANDS of old cards !!!
Very cool, back when a post card was cheaper than taking your own photos...
Are you sure one trailer is going to be enough?
