I do something very similar to your 'jedi mind trick' - whenever something bad happens I take a moment and ask myself "will I care about this tomorrow?" "will I care about this in a month?" "a year?" "5 years?" It really puts things into perspective. You can also acknowledge that there are things that might bother you tomorrow or in a month, but rarely will you even remember these things in 5 years

But let's be real - 93 only did this because it was you. If anyone else were in 20th place, they wouldn't have batted an eye. It's petty but realize youre winning in life - sure, they mightve "won" the honor grind for 20th place, but to what end? The amount of effort and attention they put into specifically targeting you only proves youve made it in life. The takeaway here is that if you ever decide to push for honor rank, just make sure you're not the one in 20th place cause if it's our boy chis - oh man, you know them bois just waiting and seething to make a scene and prove a "point". Regardless of how delusional and irrational they are, dont underestimate them - their stupidity is only matched by their determination, and if there's a will, there's always a way. Just rmbr even if they're "winning", they're ultimately losing!
