Another change we made to mirage due to popular demande is by simplifying the name mirage to « mi » making it much understandable.
Can you imagine playing this where the only entrance to A is either through B, then through CT spawn to jungle or ticket, or jumping off the roof of ramp into A, where there could be a CT in ramp or in Palace hiding behind a door, or a ct hiding inside the ticket booth.

turning jungle into a jungle is actually a good change wtf
honestly, the jungle change of opening it more and making a green area is funny, i would love seeing it on the map.
Also, i think one other change was cool, the inside palace wall. If you kept palace open, the inside became a good change. way more CT sided, could be a W change because this was always a place not worthy of aggro.
Another good thing addition would be to remove the walkways from CT spawn to both sites to add a bit of mystery. And it also adds a layer of navigation by making it slightly harder to go to both sites from spawn as there are no paths leading there.

Valve was making a remake for mirage that was leaked and it was confirmed by a valve employee that a fully completed dust 2 remake was made as well. wish valve would release it.

this was amazing, came into it thinking it's a joke video but turns out i believe these changes will be completely outstanding and breathe new life for the game in the 2029 shotgun only meta. of course with the free awp which will be completely balanced on pistol round and adds an aspect to the game never seen before, so hackers with bhop can reach it first and kill everyone as soon as possible. encouraging regular players to become depressed about losing games and quit counter strike for good. i thought mirage was perfect and couldn't be improved since it's such a classic map, but you shared a new perspective for me to appreciate this great new style of map design. i really like the cozy areas where entry positions have been converted into corners that lead to nothing and especially the brand new the booth position. CS2 is already so boring, so why not sit down and watch some great entertainment in your last moments on your modern and beautiful flat screen TV or trap yourself in a box while awaiting certain doom and the next fast lose? this made me never want to play the old mirage again and i hope these changes are implemented before 2029 so i can enjoy CS2 again without thinking about what I'm seriously missing out on since this redesign concept already exists. valve pls fix.

bro truly understands how jumpthrow bind update changed gameplay
Jumpthrows were made free in CS2. The timing is super lenient and 100% consistent, and you'll know you've hit it when your character "grunts" when jump throwing. You haven't needed a jumpthrow bind for almost a year now.
@@Kaiwala Runthrow binds don't have a native equivalent. Those are the ones people are upset about being removed.

I will never pardon Valve for dustification of mirage. It was looking a lot better in source, thanks to more renosance Europe style.
