2) Does there exist any reference in ASME code for inservice hydrotest pressure..
3) Factory rule irrespective of ASME construction code says 1.25 times as inservice hydrotest pressure..

Sir, you have mentioned here 2 hr as maximum limit of hydro test but generally in pipeline we do hydro test for 24 hrs.

@@ashutoshgupta8415 I don't why they mentioned that range. I am working in Pressure vessels fabrication and we generally conduct hydrotest for 8 hours for Pressure vessels and minimum 2 hours for storage tank or piping.
