  • In our previous video, we examined how AC is converted to DC step by step through the power supply structure. In this lesson, how is capacitor selection made through this example? How to calculate capacitance? I will try to show how to determine the capacity and voltage value of the capacitor used in an electronics circuit.

    #awesome. Similarly, how can we select inductor values?

    If you have a circuit that requires 20uF. Is it ok to use a 25uF capacitor?

      Yes, you may use a capacitor with a larger capacitance rating than required.

    slm. bu charge nasil hesaplayabilirim.. 24v 3A ve 5v 0.02A DC.

    Question for the last example: Which formula do I use if the capacitor is just used as a buffer and input and output value should be the same? Because then Vdiff is 0, multiplied by 100, which is still zero. Then I have to divide by zero and that's impossible.

    • @sirente9275
      @sirente9275 Рік тому

      Well, impossible is your answer. You will need a Capacitor with a infinite Capacitance. You have to assume a reasonable low Vdiff in that case.

    Then why when I used 24 volt transformer with a full bridge rectifier does it go up to 32

    • @markochubby7079
      @markochubby7079 Рік тому

      24V is the RMS value. 32-33V is max value of the sine wave.

      The input from the mains is always RMS value unless other wise stated.
