Thanks for the video and info!! Ended my season 18th of nov. very sad about it but excited for next year! Question about the sbh metal lip swimmers… have or can you tweak them? Just got one but don’t want to mess up the lure. Thanks!
I feel you all ways sad when it comes to an end. I will adjust the eye of the plug up to make the plug go down and down to make it go up. The metal lip itself is very easy to mess up so I don’t like to bend it that much.
Have you ever used the ODM DNA rod? How would you evaluate that rod compared with GSB or Century Stealth or Weapon?
Thank you for your content this past season. I would like to ask a question about something you stated in the beginning of your video. As a shore base fishing guide, you noted that you found both big bass and sand eels in your area of Cape Ann as early as May, do you believe that those bass and sand eels are coming Down from the Bay of Fundy or are they moving up from the Chesapeake or the Hudson?? again great video.
Thanks! I just did some research earlier this month on the Atlantic Sand Eel. There wasn't much research on the specific sand eels in our area but I believe from what I read they stay off shore and come into the estuaries to spawn.

Do you fish Gloucester rocks too? I mostly chunk fish there and not much lure fishing? But I should do more. I prefer lures but my partners tend to chunk there. Should I just do it with lures, or bucktail?
Gloucester is my main area I fish. It is great area for lures.

How do you keep your plugs from tangling in your bag ? I always have trouble swapping out cause they tangle so I lose out on fish when they blitz
There is no good way to keep them from tangling but putting fewer plugs in your bag and making sure they don't fall down into the tube helps.

What size rod are you pairing the Vs100 on ?
I put it on a 9 Lamiglas carbon surf 9 light.
I have 2 Tsunami Salt X's that are both fished very hard over the past 2 season and haven't had a single issue (minor or major) with either.
I also have had 2 of them and they both broke within the first week of me using them. I got them both at the same time it is possible they were defective.
