    I am very happy to share with you one of my favorite night time Yoga practice - Relaxing Stretching Before Bed.
    It is from Yoga for Begginers series and it definitely helps me to unwind , relax my body,mind and soul and have the best sleep.
    I like to do this minimum 2 or 3 times per week, alternating sometimes with the 5 minutes Yin Yoga inspired routine :
