Hey thanks for watching the video!
Nothing like opening up UA-cam & seeing your videos, we are so glad you're back!
So basically milk is a biproduct of their natural gas production. I love their setup. This is what farming should be. Nothing left on the table, make money on everything you have to touch.
Thanks Jan for giving us the opportunity to see the Walkers Farm set up. I am sure it must give you lots of ideas especially now that Mirjam has started to make cheese.
Jan, It is so nice to have you back. I hope you got to relax a little over the past few months. Just know that we all appreciate you and really missed you.
This is a pretty impressive farm and milk production facility. It’s an interesting bonus to see the natural gas producing facility. I was impressed by how clean the milk facility is. Tasty Canada milk!
An amazing setup to save the gas that comes from the cow poop. This was a very interesting tour, thanks to the Walkers for letting us have a look. See you next time Jan.
W😳W what a huge production! Bio gas too! This was super ☮️🇨🇦💜
That bio digester is really cool. It would be nice to see an in depth video of that.
Great to see the tour video of Walker Farms! Very Impressive operation.
A massave dairy setup . It's cool you get invited to other farms and share your tours with us .😊
Really awesome for you to be back! Nice operation and you can’t get much fresher than that!
Hey all, Jeff here..I'm late commenting because I milked the PM shift today. Another awesome video, Jan!! Something different and we all appreciate it!! Cheers everyone!!
Very cool! Farm Fresh Milk and Bio fuel, I had no idea that was a thing. Talk about multiple revenue streams.
Jan awesome content. Real interesting. That’s a busy operation! 👍👍👍👍
More of those places needed instead of the big factories! Thank you for letting us look en know about those places 🙏🏻
My opinion this is the way of the future,, Thinking outside the box and stepping it up to the next level !
Outstanding!! Most interesting tour. You are good at this Jan, like everything else you do. Thanks for keeping the videos coming. We love them.
Nice Hat Jan!!! Thanks for coming out for the visit.
You were about 5 kms from my house, would have been great to meet you
Cool! I had no idea there was one in Ontario that bottled their own milk. Even more interesting is the making of the natural gas. Very interesting video
Wow what a awesome dairy farm set up! Thanks Jan for sharing it with us all!
I’ve tried to understand the biodigester and the scrubbing of the gas……it boils down to magic I think. People with big brains have that figured out thank goodness. It’s great that uses are being developed for the waste. Thanks for another great video.
Very impressive!!
Interesting tour....thanks for posting!!!
While I always have enjoyed your dairy tours this might be my favourite so far. Cool to see an almost closed loop Canadian dairy farm producing consumer ready dairy products as well a RNG. I always ponder how you line these tours up and how willing some producers are to let strangers onto their farms. As someone who used to watch my uncle hand milk off a wooden stool to then later ride with my brother in law who worked for the Dairy Producers CO-OP and pick milk up in this area, I am impressed how this industry has evolved. One question I have never asked Jan is what label is your milk sold under? Great video, Thanks.
Thanks for sharing, Clint has an impressive farm.
Happy Easter to you, your family, friends, co-workers and viewers.
That's a very impressive setup, nive guy too
That's what you call fresh milk. Thanks for the tour
Another awesome video Jan, thanks for taking us with you!
Wow Jan, they are about 35 mins. from where I live...that is really interesting. ❤🇨🇦
Awesome video again
Amazing dairy, processing facility, and interesting dairy waste processing. Thanks Jan!
Awesome tour! Appreciate how the Walker Farm has managed to incorporate the production of diverse products from the dairy cows, not just the milk. I'm sure you've picked up some great ideas to tell Mom n Dad, eh?! Best wishes! Have a happy Easter! He is risen!
Amazing, thanks my friend for sharing the new video to see the production process of a 1,700-cow dairy and the extras that the plant has... 👍👍
Natural gas production is very interesting as well as direct distrbution👌
Thank you! It’s very informative to learn about the process of milking and more!
What an awesome operation on a dairy farm 🚜
Whoa! Walker’s is quite an operation! Impressive! Thanks for the tour!
It would be so wonderful to get milk that fresh. ❤ I remember when I was a kid running outside to meet the milkman. He had a route and brought it to your house. It always was fresh because they processed it in our town. The good 'ol days in Alabama. ❤
Thanks Jan that’s not too far away from me.
Another great video. Nice to have you back.
Great video brother from the imperial county California 👍😁
Holy crap, ( pun intended) 😉 that's a whole lot of poop to manage!! 😆
Love your subtle humour - 11:50 “so this is your massive fridge…. Cool”. Thanks for the video…. Really interesting.
This was a great tour especially with the biodigestion system and LP processing tour. A follower from FLA.
Thank you for the tour of this interesting farm! 1700 cows and biogas plant in the video title could also sound like East Germany.
WOW!!! Fantastic video... What an operation they have at that farm. Thanks for sharing.
Very cool cow shit helps millions just not stinking up neighborhoods. Lol cows really are amazing animals probably one of the most beneficial of any animal.
That was pretty cool
Very interesting, thanks for the tour of a dairy farm that markets their product to maximize their profits!
That is an amazing farm setup. Thank u for informing people of what dairy farms are doing.
Really an interesting tour. Reminds me of the tour you took on the farm in Alberta. So glad you are back. 😂
Impressive set up!! Thanks for the video Jan!
Thanks for bring us along on this tour, very educational.
Great video brother
That was awesome!
Thanks Jan Great video
Awesome Video !!! Thank You!!
You cover the story soo well...i like it
Really interesting video. Thanks Jan.
Hi Jan, please don't take another break from UA-cam, you have gained far too much energy and output for me to keep up with 🤣
Nice content. Appreciated seeing such a facility at work.
Wah that bottling plant is legit that's really cool
Thanks for sharing, I enjoy learning about modern farming.
Very informative video. You did an excellent job with your questions and observations.
We have a bottler in Appleton, Wisconsin "Lamers Daiy"where you can watch them bottle milk through a glass window. They still have glass bottles as well as plastic jugs. They used to deliver locally for years. That digester was cool. I hear that eventually every farm will be forced to have one.
GOOD JOB!
That was very interesting, thanks
Good morning 🙏.
Great video, and enjoyed the learning experience !! Good to see there amazing set up
Interesting!!
Very interesting. Thanks so much
Wow! Thanks for taking us!
Great video content! Thank you Jan! It’s very informative. And great job of those guys at that farm too!
Thanks Jan. Great video. Interesting what they are doing with the waste.
Interesting tour! By the way, you may want to try SuperKlean's DuraFlow Dairy Nozzle for mastitis prevention. It also lasts longer than other dairy nozzles and is making cows healthier and happier from better and faster udder sanitation. Dairy farmers are loving it.
Looks like an Amazing Process. Do they get paid for their Natural Gas Production ??
Yes
Yes
@@jay90374 Thanks for letting me know..I have a UA-cam Channel called Farmer Gage ..Check it out you might like it.
@@Derry2688 Thanks for letting me know..I have a UA-cam Channel called Farmer Gage ..Check it out you might like it.
Of course they get paid. Cost millions to install the digester and filter system. Have to be able to recover investment plus or don’t fool with it.
Holy moly this is absolutely incredible and informative thank you for sharing this with us❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
good dairy farm & milk processing & packaging plant & good chemical conversion of manure in to fuel gas # if the cream is separated from the milk then it reduces its fats & energy as well # 👍👍🇵🇰
That’s really cool!
The digester is a great idea. The natural gas industry should make easy and cheap for farmers to convert to this process of handling manure and byproducts.
Good to see you yan farmer phill I surport as well yan from Ireland and mower family farm my 3 best whatch farming on youtube
Hi Jan there is another big one in Ilderton Ontario -Stanton Bros.> ( Biodigester) it's right behind my house! Really enjoy your videos and also your Sister's !
at NEWWater in Green Bay where I work the other use of those "CANDLES" as you call them, we call them flares, you also burn off the poor-quality gas. The easiest way to understand this process is to consider it like distilling alcohol. Those other buildings basically filter and clean the gas and the waste that isn't quality gas is burnt off in the flare. The high strength waste we add is whey from local cheese making process.
nice video
Thank you for sharing that tour with us.
Very interesting 🤔
I had heard Canadians get milk in bags, is the bottles a new thing or just specific to that one operation?
Very inter4esting and diversified operation. 🚜 🚜 🚜🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄🐄 🚜 🚜🚜
Great video very informative thanks so much.
Terrific video!! Very interesting. Glad you're back!!!
Hope Jo and Luke feel better soon. Is the Ginger Warrior still on the mend?
