Only the real estate agent is more beautiful than this property 😍😍
Confidence thanks for presenting properties for people of various means in your videos. Good that they constructed drainage systems. Rain water is the Best Water, I pray for the day that Rain Water Collection Systems source routes much of the running water indoors.

Why aren't Nigerians investing more in commercial real estate? Residential real estate and luxury shouldn't be our priority in Nigeria right now we need to heal our economy we need more commerce. People with money are investing in luxury and our economy is declining, I don't think Nigeria would move forward in the next 10 years if we keep focusing on luxury.

I disagree with you. Nigeria is growing on a macro scale but seriously lagging on a micro scale. They need to focus more on a micro scale to help small business grow and expand. Nigeria main problem is 24/7 light. Once the small businesses has consistent light then they can hire more ppl.

@@ezekieladepoju2168 I disagree. Literally everyone who could heal the economy invest in luxury that is our problem in this country. The country should not focus on luxury. Come to Abuja and literally everything you see people selling is comfort. A poor person living in comfort is just funny to me

@@civilstructures6520 yes. I'm a civil engineering student and in 2 years I'd graduate and introduce more people to commercial real estate

@@omotolanitheyoutuber7579 most emerging markets have to attract wealthy ppl so they can bring their companies here to hire, educate and train nigerian ppl here. There will be a poor and super rich plus the gap will get increased wide before the middle class is even thought of. Nigeria needs to focus on building the small business and creating facilities for them to sell.

What is still lacking in most of the building designs is garages attached to the buildings. Somebody abroad will not like vehicles under the elements while still abroad.

Where do you expect people to get this kinda of money from. 75% of people abroad are living pay check to pay check let alone have $350,000 in hand to spend 😂
