    Just started looking at your channel today. I have gotten some great advice so far. I got diagnosed with PCOS two years ago, and I haven't really been able to manage it so far. One down fall I think is because I work 3rd shift. I have developed insomnia and it has been really hard to get proper sleep. My doctor doesn't want to put me on any medication for it and I don't want to be on it either. Her recommendation was to try and get off of 3rd shift. But that is not an option at the moment. I can't find any research for people like me that work 3rd shift. Because working 3rd is not always a set schedule. I am always so very tired because I work 10-12 hour shifts a day. I don't rest well and I know that can raise my cortisol levels and that makes it much harder to lose weight. I wanted to know if you had any advice for me to try and get more restful sleep. I am going to try and start going to the gym when I get off. I have done this in the past but I am still extremely tired when I get up. I feel like I have to sleep all day, so I really don't get adequate meals in. Maybe twice a day I eat. Sometimes once a day. But any advice would I definitely appreciate. I just started talking ashwagandha. I heard it helps with stress and to help you relax. Do you know if this is a good supplement? Thank you for your help

    Thanks for the update, love the video! I heard that ovasitol is good if you don’t have regular periods and might disrupt your monthly cycle if you do see your period on a regular basis which I do. Any truth to this?
    Im interested in taking it but don’t want to mess up that time of the month as I am TTC.

      I've heard isolated reports of this happening. I had reg cycles when I started and it only improved my PCOS. Really cut down on crab cravings. For TTC it's good for egg quality and preventing gestational diabetes.

    I have a question, but this year I wanted to take better of my health having pcos, I’ve noticed hair loss. How do I go about starting, I take vitamin gummies, should I stop taking them and get separate vitamins like fish oils, magnesium, vitamins etc? Or do I just add it with the gummies

      I have the same question! I plan on taking multivitamins alongside everything else mentioned in the video not sure if I'm making the right choice though 🤔. According to a few videos I've watched you need a multivitamin to fill in the gaps of vitamins you might lack due to pcos 😊.

    Is your probiotic what you use as your multivitamin? Or do you take them both?

    Hey please let me know if this is ok....i have a gym cycle at home and for 5 days in a week i burn 300 calories (each day in 30 mins) then I do 50 squats for another 10 min....so basically i exercise for 40 mins. From Monday to Friday...nothing on Saturday and Sunday (just walk in open air for one hour). Do you think i need to cut this down?
    If I want to do this exercise (cycling + squats) every day a week ....can you recommend how much time i should spent on cycling and how many squats I should do every day?
    I am suffering from PCOD from. Jan 2023...and i am 12 kgs overweight.i need to lose this extra weight

    Im taking birthcontrol right now since thats what my doctor recommends for my pcos. Would that affect if I take pcos supplements?

    What the difference between Myo Inositol and Inositol?

    • @ThePCOSPersonalTrainer
      @ThePCOSPersonalTrainer  2 місяці тому +1

      Myo inositiol is a type of inositol. Look fo an inositol supplement that blends Myo-inositol to D-Chiro-inositol, which is 2000mg to 50mg or 40:1.

      I use Theralogix Ovation and the Provider Referral Code 130269 to get a discount. I am an affiliate for Theralogix, but I'm also just a fan of their products and good customer service.
