I have 4 Ross’s I shop at regularly. I know most of the managers at them now and no one has ever mentioned they aren’t reseller friendly. Same thing with Kohl’s. I have two Kohls managers that will text me when they are having their 50% off clearance sale. Target around us is very strict with reselling so I just stay away.
