Dute, do you pay those people for the interviews? They seem to be very helpful to you. Dude in eastern Europe and especially Bulgaria the bars are everywhere. Sofia in the weekends is 3M people.

I've been to Restaurant Vodenitzata, it was during the day, and there wasn't firewalking, but it was definitely worth a visit.

Mate, it's amazing what you are doing. You seem very familiar to me. I believe we've met in the past. Do you know the guys from Yo-Ho hostel in Varna? I've lived in Britain for twenty years but recently moved to the Czech Republic. I also worked in places like Claridges in Mayfair, many prep kitchenens in London, couple of places in Warrington and Manchester. Might have met you there though
