Great teaching once again. Thanks😊
How clever and skillful, Kim, I've been a sewer all my life but never made upholstery covers, so seeing this video was invaluable to me. I made the arms and the back separately, otherwise, I would have got lost in the mountain of fabric. I wanted to know how you finished the last bit of skirt and skirt insert, finishing next to the zip seam
I would have liked to see how you took the cover off when pinned and put it on when done
IMPRESSIVE!! What an improvement!
Your client must have loved it. 😍😍😍
How much is 'a little bit' on the tuck area seam allowance? Where is your chair measurement cheat sheet??
(Some of your music/sounds was strange)
BRAVA BRAVA BRAVA!!! Why can't I find anyone like you near me???
How many hours it’s take to make cover for 1 armchair?
You mentioned a print out to record the chair's measurements. Where will I find that please?
That slipcover is beautiful!!!
I would like to learn upholstery anx join some classes as im planning on the near future to do some of these chairs with my bf
Your channel is almost unique on UA-cam and I really appreciate it.
I just started a business in northern Michigan and just had a customer hit me up about making them a couple of these. I have never made one but I think I am going to take it on!!!
I don’t have that little green machine that you have there to keep the ends from fraying however I could possibly fold them in. What is that machine btw??? Thank you for your tutorial
Do you prewash the fabric ahead of time? I would be concerned the slipcover would no longer fit after first washing if not prewashed.
YES YOU DO
Damn you're good.
you're so talented, so good
amazing! glad ive found ur channel..do you think i can do it if its hand sew only 😅? ive been wanting to make it for our sofa but always ends up with just fleece to cover it
Wow! You're half woman/half amazing! It looks like it's upholstered. I've followed your method and made a slipcover for a slipper chair. Came out great. Now, I'm gonna make slipcovers for my 6 camel-back parsons chairs. I think I'm gonna make a pattern. Thanks for all the great information.
Wait how did you get the pinned slipcover off??
Great job! I've been following your videos for awhile. When I get ready to sew my slipcovers, I'm going to join your site.
I look forward to getting to meet you in our membership. Make sure when you join on our website to introduce yourself in the community. Thanks, Kim
That is beautiful Hope mine looks half as good 😉💜
I have seen a french stitch and would wonder if this can be achived instead of piping.
Hi, I have watched your videos for a while. I wonder what brand or kind of sewing machine do you use?
Hello Debby. We use the Juki brand of sewing machine. The DNU1541S walking foot is my favorite.

Glad I stumbled on your content. Super helpful for my DIY ambitions! How did you get the pinned slipcover off? Also, how much seam allowance are you using? Are the paid videos on your website a little bit more thorough?
