hi!! anung klaseng costume? if ipapatong lang pwede na ung hard felt.. if susuotin mismo.. may tinda sa Manco na soft na cheap na tela.. same price ng felt..
wlajeah sariul for babies that is months old use soft.. though if your also here in the Philippines colors for soft felt is limited unlike with the hard felt

yes I am. unfortunately you can only buy them at manco in divisoria. beacuse only few poeple use it. or you can join craft destash ph or any craft related group in FB. if there is someone selling it online

yes you still can use them. it will straighten slightly if you use iron on it.. but not like bnew
