Here's the easiest way to lose weight: 1) One *Green-Tea* teabag into a large lidded jar full of coldish tap water. 2) Stick it in the fridge for at minimum 15mins. 3) Pour it all, drink it all. 4) Refill once again with the same teabag and stick it back in the fridge for 60mins this time as the teabag is mostly drained. 5) Pour it all, drink it all, throw the teabag away. And there you go; using just a single *Green-Tea* teabag a day, you can lose weight effortlessly. This is my personal daily routine and it works amazing.
I put water in a large jug with chopped up lemon in it, leaving even plain water in the fridge let's the chlorine in the water evaporate, comes out nice and chilled, top it up after each glass to keep supply up

Sometimes it gets annoying drinking a lot of water but I still do just to lose weight n to have my stomach go down.
