Now you are being silly, How can I use a flame underwater? I add O2 to the mix as in oxyacetylene torch and get a flame. But the landing was just a drop, they did not need a jet of fire like in movies. I do not know about the lift-off, maybe they imparted a force like a small explosion, like a bullet the craft would have moved. It wasn't a hologram or second moon, it was possibly a lighting issue and a reflection off the atmosphere or something similar
