Thank you for showing the best of Veracruz!! Went there to visit a few months ago and visited most of the same places and was completely under its spell! My dad is from there so coming back to my roots was amazing! Love this video that does Visiting Veracruz so much justice! 👏🏼👏🏼
Hello, I am from Veracruz Puerto and thank you very much for having visited my state and my city, we are a state and city that have a lot to offer to tourism and you don't know how nice it felt to watch your video and see and hear how nice you expressed yourselves from my city since I am studying abroad. I hope you return to Veracruz soon. As the holy Pope John Paul II said "Because only Veracruz is beautiful." And btw, I invite everyone who is reading this comment to come to Veracruz, we will welcome you with open arms, you will not regret it.
The cafe lechero looks delicious! I love the historical breakfast, Martin!! Julie that sweet roll with the refries etc is a great idea! What a festive place. Nice job 👍☀️👏. The Vaga brothers! What a small 🌎!!
How cool that the restaurant you wanted to go to was closed but you ended up at a place where you had so much fun! The food looks delicious as usual, and there is lots of history there as usual. That jail, must have given you the shivers.
Great video, awesome cinematography and I love how great minds think alike. It’s time for us to burn off all those bombas and picaditas 😂 saludos amigos!
That was so much fun! Thank you for sharing this adventure! I am very intrigued by Vera Cruz - and you offered much inspiration and a great to do list. I also notice that your video skills and presentation have improved significantly over the years. I particularly appreciate that you include the price and a rating for the attractions. I am looking forward to seeing more from this important state!
Vera Cruz has the largest black population in Mexico. I have been contemplating joining the African diaspora there, I have been randomly searching Vera Cruz here on YT hoping to gain insight and knowledge. Thanks for the upload! Also, the cost of living is a 1/3 of the cost to live here in Atlanta Ga from my limited research, 2k roughly is enough for a family of 4 to live comfortably.
That's so interesting! We had no idea. It's definitely more affordable than Atlanta. Give it a visit to see if you like it! Btw, we hope you saw our Atlanta video a few months back :)
When you were at the Naval Museum, I said to my husband, my dad would like that place (even though he would never come to Mexico) because he was in the navy. Then your next words were that you were born on an airforce base... well, I was born on a submarine base in Connecticut! Thanks for all your great videos!
.....with a spirited Resilience found a way to bounce back. .....each city teaches us a lesson. You two are such good writers. Another amazing video. I love watching you two work together. You already know this, but I will say it anyway.... YOU are a perfect match. Two dancers in sync with each other, sharing stories that are invitingly delicious with beauty rarely observed by others. Thank you for sharing your Neighborhoods. 😊
Hiii here to support! Kevin watched using our channel account and now I’m here! 😁 yum I want another bomba! We didn’t get a chance to get to San Juan de Ulua but I’m so glad you did! We visited it a few years ago it’s a super cool fort! My favorite one I’ve ever seen I think
Aw thanks so much! We're addicted to bombas now, but finding it hard to recreate them like they do in Veracruz! The fort was such a cool place :) Thanks for watching!
Oh my goodness!!! How did this make it past editing 🫠🫠🫠 1820s!!!! Even have 1820s written in our voiceover script, but I mis-read it. Wow, super sorry about that!!!
Thanks! We both work for start ups (Martin for a digital health startup, Juliana for a travel startup) while working remotely. Plus youtube :) Very busy over here!
Veracruz is nice but I really like Xalapa. That's where my fiance and her family are from. She prefers the beach city over the capitol. I have done a few videos on Xalapa. The beaches in northern Veracruz are very nice.
@@TouristtoLocal Casitas. Northern Veracruz. She said not the easiest beach to get to but very nice and a couple affordable hotels there. I think i did spell the name of the city correctly. Lol
Dude!! Do you guys know those crazy kids on the Eat, Baila, Travel Channel??? Because they just posted from the same place and went to some of the same places that you went!!!
I'll also correct things that are missing... Things to NOT do while in Veracruz, Mexico 1. Don't talk to any armed/masked men on the streets (even when daylight or night time) 2. Don't insult anyone there (even if they seem friendly) 3. And last but not least... Don't mess around there, it's Mexico 💀 Cartels loves turists.
Hi guys! 👋🏼 my dads from Veracruz and i had to take him again two years ago. He was able to remember where he grew up and where his parents would go dance by the beach at El malecón.❤ Veracruz is awesome , delicious food, super friendly people ! Did you guys try the empanadas? Sooo good I forgot what they’re called.. 😢starts with a V 😂

Go get REHAB FOR HOMEWRECKERS WITHIN…. And stay away from co workers that are old enough to be your father and are already married no matter how they appear they don’t belong to you. Alright then 😂

The CJNG & Zetas Cartel is there so be careful. 122 kidnappings there in the last few years.
