OMG COOL i’m not even from europe (i’m from mexico) but a friend from spain convinced me to watch it in 2017 & ive been watching it ever since it’s so fun!!
The name of the band, Måneskin, comes from the Danish language and means moonlight. One of the members has Danish roots and it was her idea to choose this word.
Before I start to watch the video, I was thinking yesterday as I was watching a new RBD reaction that he should react to Maneskin. We in Europe , at least a lot of us, are sooo happy they won and that we all found a new band to listen to we probably wouldn't have without Eurovision. That is why I loooooove Eurovision. The obsession over Maneskin is something I dont remember when we had last time throughout Europe. Rock and Roll never dies :D as Damiano said ;) And also react to their albums, they are f*cking amaaaazing. Since they have won I am only listening to them xD
You should react to Finland! Next to Italy, they were the other rock act. Well, and Ukraine was REALLY special. I'm just so happy you reacted to Måneskin, they have GREAT songs and deserve all the love. ☺️ LOVE FROM EUROPE!
I feel like all the people reacting to this performance should immediately watch the televote sequence, or the last minutes of it, and react to that and the winning performance. Because it's just so beautiful to see the band's reaction to winning, and you know, Ethan's face... :)
This song has strong Jimi Hendrix, and Ozzy Osbourne shout outs to some 90s psychedelic rock. Also the vocals of Damiano David are just nuts. His vocals are on the same playing field of Chris Cornell. I know Chris Cornell can’t understand “che cazzo” he’s saying (hehe) but he’s smiling because there’s such strong influences of all in this one song. All of their songs except Beggin’ are very good. Zitti e Buoni shocked me. The chorus is very catchy, like I be remembering “Siamo fuori di testa, ma diversi da loro.” All day lmao. Bellissima!
My best friend showed them to me and Im obsessed!! The sheer envy of Victoria because of those amazing riffs. I totally agree with the rock/metal not getting much exposure and it makes me so sad. People would rather shake their ass to computerized drum blasts instead of appreciating artists that take years to hone their talents.
I have seen many UA-cam commentators from all over the world move their heads up and down to the rhythm of bass, drums and electric guitar of this band of very young boys from Rome who started their careers as simple street artists ... The Maneskins deserve to travel the world to do live concerts!

Never thought I would see Steven in Stereo react to Maneskin but hey 2021 has some good surprises for us ❤️ Cheers from Italy
The majority of the artists aren't actually very well known or established. Eurovision usually makes them more famous not even in the whole Europe but even in their own countries
We did have bigger names on the Eurovision stages though. Some were already big in their country or a few more and some were known throughout Europe like Blue for example. But I agree most of the times the artists are newer ones. Also what I learnt is that in the last few years a lot of The Voice candidates are contestants at Eurovision.
@@indreduobaite13 I dont even know when I watched the last time X factor xD also from a few countries which languages I understand. But I think The Voice dominates though.
@@Niki91-HR participated in Xfactor Italia in 2017, the only adult was the singer (Damiano David) the others were all under 18 years old, the guitarist THomas was 16 years old !!!, they ranked in 2nd place, in the talent they presented a their unreleased song "Chosen" which became a success in Italy from there their story began. 😉
@@luigibadiali9461 I know about Maneskins story...but I never watched the italian x factor. The Voice is way bigger in the last few years so since I watch a lot of compilations 😅 I found some contestants who were from there. So that is why I am more familiar who was in the Voice and not so much on x Factor. Believe me, after Maneskkns win we all googled everything we could find about them. The obsession across Europe is real.

I think lyrically it makes more sense since the next line is “Giallo de siga fra le dita”. And therefore having a paralellism.
@@lauraasimon8492 Yep I'm Italian. I also thought he was saying "vestiti sporchi fra di fango" when I hear the song, but then I looked up the lyrics to be completely sure and there was written "Voi siete sporchi fra di fango", but I just looked up another site and it was vestiti sporchi. I don't know which one is right 😂😂
You messed the whole translation basically . Didn’t get one single line right.
I still appreciate it cause it was so difficult to do 😂❤️👍
@@pakib5836 I tried my best, it was difficult especially the rap part because there are so many metaphors that maybe can sound odd to an English speaking person 😁 however I hope you got the message 😉
@@ileridebaraldo8230 Non preoccuparti, tutto apposto 😁👍🏼
OMG COOL i’m not even from europe (i’m from mexico) but a friend from spain convinced me to watch it in 2017 & ive been watching it ever since it’s so fun!!
I WAS WAITING FOR THISS YESSS
The name of the band, Måneskin, comes from the Danish language and means moonlight. One of the members has Danish roots and it was her idea to choose this word.
Before I start to watch the video, I was thinking yesterday as I was watching a new RBD reaction that he should react to Maneskin. We in Europe , at least a lot of us, are sooo happy they won and that we all found a new band to listen to we probably wouldn't have without Eurovision. That is why I loooooove Eurovision. The obsession over Maneskin is something I dont remember when we had last time throughout Europe.
Rock and Roll never dies :D as Damiano said ;)
And also react to their albums, they are f*cking amaaaazing. Since they have won I am only listening to them xD
You should react to Finland! Next to Italy, they were the other rock act. Well, and Ukraine was REALLY special. I'm just so happy you reacted to Måneskin, they have GREAT songs and deserve all the love. ☺️
LOVE FROM EUROPE!
I feel so proud to see an Italian band in all these big reaction channels.
Bellissima!
I’VE BEEN WAITING! i follow them since 2017, they deserve so much
My best friend showed them to me and Im obsessed!!
Never thought I would see Steven in Stereo react to Maneskin but hey 2021 has some good surprises for us ❤️
Cheers from Italy
Yours are easily my favorite reactions to them, and I've watched dozens.
I get every emotional when I see a first-time reaction to this song .......my heart races to the base line
Måneskin are at the very top of the charts all over Europe now, it’s great to see!
You're so well-spoken! And I loved your take on this
They've been my new obsession for the last few month
The majority of the artists aren't actually very well known or established. Eurovision usually makes them more famous not even in the whole Europe but even in their own countries
We did have bigger names on the Eurovision stages though. Some were already big in their country or a few more and some were known throughout Europe like Blue for example. But I agree most of the times the artists are newer ones. Also what I learnt is that in the last few years a lot of The Voice candidates are contestants at Eurovision.
@@Niki91-HR Or X Factor
YES YES I AM ATTRACTED TO THAT WHOLE BAND
This years Eurovision was f...awesome
See you in Italy next year 🇪🇺❤🇮🇹
you will LOVE their album "Teatro d'ira-Vol.I"!!!!! I have had it on repeat since I discovered them

I've had their 2 albums ("Il ballo della vita" and "Teatro d'ira - Vol. I") on repeat since I've discovered them while watching the Eurovision grand final almost two weeks ago! They're just so amazing! I can't wait to see you react to those albums!
it makes me so happy, that he got the mood of the band, even though he doesn't understand anything.. lots of love from I
taly
Exactly, that's whats I love about this reviewer: Steven! He just got that whole Maneskin-mood without the first second, and perceived it with an open ear and mind (never minding any language barrier). We should Thank him for being a perfect spokesman for all of us! So Thank you for this great, spot on review , grazie, merci, bedankt Steven! And be sure to spread the word in the USA...... ;)
OMG I WAS WAITING FOR THIS
It's so fun that Italy won Eurovision last year. When I started learning Italian during the pandemic, I was so excited to listen to more music in Italian. :)

Adding a rap verse into a rock song is such a genius idea! It drives me crazy each time, i just can't stop to listen to it. Amazing.

so happy you reacted to them ! i'm italian and i'm very proud of them
You should react to their song I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE! The version they did for the Eurovision is a masterpiece and you will also see there just how much fun they're having while singing or while playing their instrument!
I’m one of those people that have been hyping them on Twitter 💁🏻♀️
Omg I'm so happy you reacted to Måneskin, they're so amazing I'm obsessed with them ever since they won. I think you would love all their other stuff as well. If you react to their albums please look up the lyrics, they're just great. I haven't been so in love with a new band since forever, thank you Eurovision for introducing me to them.
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE
I'VE BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR YOU TO REACT TO THIS

Their talent, energy and charisma are incredible...but also your reaction....I think they gives many good things to music and rock...Look at their live performances in Belgium of last hours.....
NEVER CLICKED SO FAST OMGG I adore your reactions and now you’re doing Måneskin??!! Thank you this was awesome !! 😄 please please please react to more of their songs they are INCREDIBLE
This year was quite different two rock songs on 1st and 6th place (Finland), two artist french chansons ( 🇫🇷 and 🇨🇭) as 2nd and 3rd and a unbelievable Ukrainian folk EDM as 5th ( please check it out SHUM from the group GO_A). BTW Flo rida was also there for San Marino!!!
In their winning interview they screamed rock and roll Never Dies and it just brought back memories of the movie the boat that rocked
I was waiting for you... They are our pride now.♥️🌟
anyone else find their song Vent'anni super underrated ?? like I don't see anyone talk about it :'(
Vent’anni is so beautiful. Like most of their songs there is so much to it. It is such a real and powerful message. I love the song and I agree that it is underrated. Damiano is one of the best songwriters out there!
@@francinepiccoliransdell4428 yes ! and the guitar? ugh it's so good
Great comments buddy , thanks !!!
The most epic reaction to Maneskin I've ever seen this Eurovision 2021. I'm so thankful I subscribed to your channel Steven. You should also react to Finland's Blind Channel.
Grande Steven, questa volta commento in italiano perché l'occasione lo richiede. Stavo decisamente aspettando una tua reaction ai Måneskin! Btw, they've always been great, but, after Eurovision they're taking the world by storm, you should check some of their other stuff, I'm pretty sure you're going to like it!
What I absolutely loved about this song that each intrumentist and the sunger had a chance to shine on their own… it was so cool!
I’m italian and I’m sooo proud of them, I’m a huge fun since they participated to X Factor Italy!
You should listen/react also to “Vent’anni”, “Torna a casa”, “Morirò da re” and “Chosen”
OMGGG IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS ONE!!!
