Amazon's only a multi billion dollar company, they should be helping this family out.
I doubt it was an Amazon truck. Third party trucks haul most of the trailers.

Independent contractor. Amazon only owns the trailer.
One major problem is they have Allstate Insurance, who are well known to fight against paying claims by their clients
Allstate went to bat for me when I was involved in an accident that was not of my making.
Years ago my S10 got run over by a drunk Dodge RAM 2500 who had Allstate, police took me to Enterprise , got an SUV for a month and never blinked
👆🏼....this is uncool that these folks are stuck no fault of their own
Divine intervention for this family in this car wreck. Amazon needs to step up.

Don't buy allstate insurance. Spread the word.
Call Amazon and explain what happened. They often will pay for your safe travel back home
Thanking GOD for their safety and praying that they will receive the necessary advice/help from professionals. Amazon should also look into this case.
The only way this family will get something or ALL of their things back is by having an attorney take on their case that will prove that this is all the Amazon driver’s fault. Im sure the 1 Million that trucks are insured up to, should be enough for this family to get back up.

Why is everyone automatically blaming Amazon?. It could have been a problem with the truck. And if the family has car insurance a rental car would be covered.
Because we live in the real world and we've seen Amazon drivers live and in person.
The lady said that Enterprise Car rental has nothing available for about a week but there are other rental agencies. The truck driver was unharmed and I'm sure the police interviewed him about the accident. Amazon probably doesn't want to volunteer any help because it would be an admission of guilt concerning the accident. Praying the uncle is able to fully recover from his spinal cord injury, thank God everyone else is OK.
The Newscaster said that the Amazon truck hit the guard rail and lost control, went over the center divider, and into their lane of traffic

Their insurance is most likely telling them its the other driver insurance thats handling the case. Bachus & Schanker, frank Azar shouldn't these guys be jumping on this case??? If they were asylum seekers or "newcomers," they would be staying in mayor mikes house, and he would give them your car.
