Thanks again. I am 73 and have asthma, I had self quarantined before the California governor’s order. I have plenty of my medicine and last summer I bought a new nebulizer! I know what it feels like to fight for air so I take this very seriously and am staying healthy in general. I belong to support groups so that I can also stay healthy mentally.
Spain is locked down. 600 Euro fine for being out without a darn good reason. Only things open are supermarkets, pharmacies, doctor and banks. Usually they give out long-term prescriptions when they know you're about to run out, sometimes you have to wait until a certain calendar date. I have a friend who offered to do our shopping and go to the pharmacy for us as we are both older. The pharmacist just gave him everything on our health service cards, so we can have it and not need to go out for it. Haven't even gone out into the hallway of our building for 10 days. It's a good thing we get along! LOL
I heard a great advice from a doctor. Because the symptoms of the new disease are so mild in everyone at the beginning (and stay mild for the majority of people), it is best to assume that everyone else is infected (and if they are not, you are infected as well, just do not know it yet). So, just keep your distance from others, do not touch them unnecessarily, do not touch your face outside, and wash your hands properly. And cough into your elbow or better yet wear a surgical mask or respirator.
I have allergies and all you say I tske Zyzal and musinex ...I know the difference so far..if I got way worse then I will seek help..I stay home and go around noone ..
