I went to the service centre ,Amritsar with my one plus nord and they didn’t had any information regarding it but after little behas they check with there team and after 3 hour they changed it free of cost .

I had the problem with Oneplus 7T. I got it to the service centre in Bangalore, MG Road. Initially they hesitated little saying this problem cannot exists in 7T. But later they agreed and replaced the screen for free of cost, even though it was out of warranty. So they are replacing it for 7T as well.
Box or invoice anything needed??
When i talk with oneplus service senter they only say they take my mobile and plus i have to pay extra for new mobile

I went to service center in Bangalore and I got the same reply. Screen replacement is free but screen is not in stock and it may or may not come next year. It is like I have a product to sell for free, but you are unlucky it is out of stock and will never come to stock.
the exchange option is available but what is the guarantee that green screen will not come in new mobile? If it comes, again they will give some small amount if we take the one plus.
I lost the trust in one plus.
I would accept money instead of cashback so that we can buy some other company where the green line issue may not come.
one plus have digged their own grave 👍. Resale value of all models came down after these issues

They intentionally did it just by pushing an update. I did not update my phone for months knowing the fact that users are facing issues after update. But just 15 days before i updated it and just now i have got line in my 9R. They should have given value amount not that coupon so that we could go for other phones. Oneplus is scamming us. Will use it with green line untill it works but will never spend a single penny buying any phone of OnePlus again. They took scamming to the next level.
Company indirectly said its free (because you are in bangalore so they think you have knowlegde of customer right) so they said its free but display never available. But they have resource for made new mobile display. Now what is customer for oneplus company?
An update from my side: I opted for the voucher and I received 35k voucher for the one plus 8 pro. Now I feel that the one plus has done the best thing. ❤️. Great move by one plus 👍

They didn;t want to made display but they create new mobile and force you to buy. company trit customer like they want.
There is enough resource to made new mobile as well as display for new mobile selling but not for company fault. Just think why they dodn;t have dispay or why not made new one because they force buying mani[pulation.
There are recent updates. You can try for the voucher now. That is better than green line screen

Extra 4500 will be received for opting 10R but that model is not a successful model. So buy some other models like ce3 , nord 3 or 11r

If there is any kind of dent in the phone, then the One Plus service center in Kolkata does not replace anything. Says we will take a picture and send it to the company. If the company uploads it, then we can do the voucher. The price is much lower than what you are saying. It is saying up to 19,000 taka in case of 9R

If there is dent, company might reject by saying the issue caused due to dropping the mobile. Else they will offer good voucher. Like 35000 i got for one plus 8 pro
