I was having the same problem my screen got completely green one day ...and then I had to visit one plus store .... And to my surprise they changed the screen/display at zero cost ... At Sahara Ganj mall , hazratganj, Lucknow

Same issue am facing with my OnePlus 8. Phone screen went completely green after software update and company asking me to pay 14k. I have sent my device to company through pickup service. As my device is in new condition without a physical or liquid damage and also I have all the necessary documents for the device. Will the replace the display for free? Please reply...

It's lcd flex issue ,i have also sent my device to OnePlus pud centre but they denied free repair as they said free replacement only for green /pink line so i went to shop and he changed lcd flex and charged me 1500 ,now my display is okay

(mention terms and conditions brother your device doesn't have liquid and external damage ok) if your phone doesn't have any prob only display issue without any liquid or external damage they will fix your device if your device is in warranty or out of warranty ok brother

@@TruthAboutTech I went to service centre for updating my device, they Diagnostic my device and said that your device is okay and you can update, if there is come any Green Line we will fix it free of cost, my phones display showing a battery connection error message ,no charging , they Diagnostic again and said that your device has a motherboard issues Now, but when I submit the phone there is no such as problem in my device, and they said that you need to pay 26k for motherboard replacement, because phone is out of warranty, I raised a complain against against oneplus VR Mall service centre (by oneplus customer care department), 3 months of Investigation
They said you come with motherboard problem 😔, my oneplus phone is now in battery connection your message with no charging problem.....help me

Update: I complained through one plus customer care and they themselves picked the phone and replaced the screen. My phone is around 3 years old and they didn't charge a penny
