Yooo it's my boys! I'm the creator of the army book and it's so cool to see them in action! This is my pet project these days, since they're so accessible to everybody. It's just bad luck and timing that I've been solidifying rules at the same time you're making the review, and unless IllGottenGames drops more models for the army in the future I don't expect any big changes.
this is so funny. I gave the guy who wrote this advice and loved his take on the rules. im printing and painting an amry of these myself! seems that OPR plays just love these little dirt dudes.
These community rules are the best part of OPR. I'm working on converting a bunch of models i got out of an incomplete Risk 2120 set from the thrift store. (400+ robot models for $6!). There are a few community rule sets it will work for, but this is inspiring me to come up with my own!
I made a ton of army books (Rakaziel on Army Forge), mostly based on Battle Yak's models. But also Vanilla Ratmen Expanded with new options and new units. Pick what you like :)
I’ve seen that this army is meant to be printable without supports on an FDM printer. Does this work in a resin printer too? Can’t think why it wouldn’t but wanted to confirm before I commit to printing them out :)
yes it works great. all of the models here I did on a resin printer. I did support them but that was because I hollowed the big stuff and that made some weird geometry.
it was a grey primer. then apple barrel paints. I think it went territorial beige, lite mocha, then antique parchment all drybrush layers each lighter then the last.
I swear if anything is going to make opr beat 40k it's the community creations.
The new armies are so much fun
I saw these guys YEARS AGO!!!! I always meant to print it. Now I'll have too!!!!!
The whole army is free? Wow. Honestly it's the talent of the fans that continue to make this game incredible.
DIRTLEEEE!

Print? Heck, I'm thinking go old school and get busy with some super glue and gravel! Thank you for showcasing this army!
Also, mad props for the green foam cactus with red toothpick spikes!!!
Dropping a community army into the mix is everything that makes OPR great; thanks!
Your battle reports are really fun!

I had to double take when I ssw that these guys were free. A WHOLE ARMY of elementals that I can print whenever?! Sign me up
Great video! I enjoy seeing the community armies out there
Earthenkind are tanky as heck!
These look like they'd be a fun army to make out of polymer clay with my kid too. If they're a little lumpy, it's thematic! 😊
This is fantastic!
Gorignak!
That was a fun batrep.
😊

Oh man, I hope someone will do an army book for his Netherforged army. You can get all the units for free too

Hi I did an experiment and printed everything unsupported on a anycubic mono4k, everything worked no failures!!!
If anyone dose an AT43 Karmans army I have a TON of these guys!!!!!
Did you make those tiered terrain pieces? If so, how? My wife and I are debating between cardboard and foam core.
they are 1 inch foam board that have been cut to shape, glued to each other and texture painted
@@WarbossFitz thanks! sounds easy enough!
What did you use color wise on the earthenkin
