The renderings are misleading showing a large front yard, the actual front yard appears to be about 20 feet from the entry to the sidewalk. Spacing between houses also 20 feet probably less. The model homes are currently not for sale. Once they close out the community is when they will most likely sell those, sometimes they will sell them earlier to investors. If you'd like we can contact you when they become available if that's something you are interested in. Correct those stock renderings from Shea do not depict how close you are to the neighbors. The move in ready home in the video at the 10:16 mark only has a neighbor only on the one side, so there are some lots that have little more room on the sides. The 18:20 gives you a realistic look of front yard and distance between neighbors. Yes the inner walls are all insulated at the 16:33 mark in video we show a couple shots of that.
