Queen creek is an overpriced, overrated city. Very far from downtown PHX, Scottsdale, Sky harbor. Queen creek is more closer to Florence than Tempe. Can you imagine that? Better locations and well priced homes are in Mesa, Laveen, Litchfield Park, North Phoenix. Blossom Rock, Tierra Montana will be hot in 2 years.
