    딸기가 가득한 크림으로 아이싱한 딸기 생크림 케이크를 만들었어요~
    기본 딸기 생크림 케이크인데 작게 자른 딸기를 넣고 섞은 크림으로 아이싱 했더니 색다르고 먹음직스러워 보이는 것 같아요~^^
    촉촉한 시트와 부드러운 생크림~ 중간중간 씹히는 딸기가 정말 잘 어울려 너무 맛있더라구요ㅠㅠ
    한입 먹을 때마다 딸기의 향긋함이 입안에 가득 퍼져서 기분까지 달콤해지는 느낌이 드는 것 같아요~~
    위에는 딸기를 반으로 잘라 번갈아가며 둘러 주었는데 간단한 장식 방법이지만 풍성한 느낌을 주어서 좋더라구요~
    냉장실에 넣었다가 차갑게 먹어도 정말 맛있답니다~*^^*

    ▶재료
    달걀 190g
    설탕 130g
    물엿 13g
    바닐라익스트랙 3g
    박력분 120g
    녹인 무염버터 33g
    우유 53g
    딸기 250g
    휘핑한 생크림 (생크림 300g + 설탕 30g)
    설탕시럽
    ▶레시피
    1. 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비에 달걀, 설탕, 물엿, 바닐라익스트랙이 담긴 볼을 올리고 저으며 온도를 40도까지 올린 뒤 냄비에서 내리고
    핸드믹서로 풍성한 아이보리색의 거품이날 때까지 휘핑한다.
    2. 박력분을 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 반죽을 녹인 버터와 우유에(50~60도) 조금 넣고 섞는다.
    3. 섞은 반죽을 본 반죽에 넣고 섞은 뒤 18cm 오븐 팬에 붓고 기포를 제거하고 170도 예열된 오븐에서 35~40분 정도 굽는다.
    식히고 윗면을 잘라내고 3장으로 자른 뒤 15cm 틀로 찍어 준비한다.
    4. 휘핑한 생크림에 작게 자른 딸기를 넣고 섞는다.
    5. 돌림판에 시트를 올리고 시럽을 뿌리고 크림을 바르고 다른 시트 한장을 올린다. 한번 더 반복한 뒤 윗면과 옆면에 크림을 바른다.
    6. 딸기를 올려 장식한다.

    190g Egg
    130g Sugar
    13g Corn syrup
    3g Vanilla extract
    120g Cake flour
    33g Melted unsalted butter
    53g Milk
    250g Strawberry
    Whipped cream (300g whipping cream + 30g sugar)
    Sugar syrup

    This recipe was pretty good! I made it for my mom’s birthday, and she and my dad ate it (I ate the scraps ;)). They said taste wise this recipe was a success, but my dad and I agreed that the cake itself was a bit dry. The whipped cream frosting helped make up for the dryness, but I definitely recommend using the simple/sugar syrup as recommended. Also make sure that you cut your strawberry pieces small enough!       Was the sugar a bit much? Cuz I like things less sweet but I’m afraid to put less and it’ll turn out bad
      In the recipe the sugar is the same amount as the flour so it seems like a lot😂😅

      @@medstudent585 I think the sweetness of this cake is well balanced, but if you’re concerned then I recommend being attentive to how much sugar syrup you’re adding to the cake. A light layer does the job just fine, so make sure not to drench the cake in the syrup :) also! You can taste the whipped cream as you make it, so maybe start off with adding less sugar to the cream and taste test as you add more? To get an idea of the sugar levels. You can use the scraps of the cake (after carving it) to try the cake with the whipped cream frosting, as it should give you an idea of what the cake will taste like when it’s done. And you can never go wrong with more strawberries to balance the sugar out with a bit of fruit. My recommendation there is that, instead of dicing the strawberries, thinly slice them for the inside layers of the cake. It adds more texture and balances the sweetness out :)

      @@kathy1164 yes! Sugar syrup is equal parts water to sugar. You essentially just want to heat the mixture (ie. One cup sugar to one cup water) over the stove until the sugar and the water are a homogenous mixture where the sugar crystals are no longer present (you basically just want a sweet water like consistency)

    I made this cake yesterday and I let it in the fridge all night to eat in the breakfast and is so delicious 😋 I mix with electric mixer whipping cream and strawberries so I put the sugar at last and mix again, the whipping cream is so delicious if you mix with the strawberries in my case don't be pure just leave the juice 😋🍴💓
    I will make the ferrero cake to my little sister, soon.

      @@RandomSomebody2929 Well you should use a whipping cream so estable that have 35% of fatty matter, because when I mix the ingredients it was good and the next day when I took from the fridge was too cold but no wet. I hope I helped you 😅

    I made two mistakes making this recipe. First, used a 8 inch pan, it must be made in a 6 inch pan. The batter does not rise so whatever size you use, that will be the size of the cake. Second mistake, transferred the batter between bowls twice. It deflates the batter, only use one mixing bowl until transferring the batter to the actual baking pan. The taste itself was ok, I will try it again but next time I will be as close to the steps as possible.

    딸기 잘라서 생크림에 넣으면 물기 생겨서 생크림이 농도가 흐믈흐믈해지지않나요?? 딸기 썰어서 그냥 바로 넣으신건지 따로 처리를 하고 넣으신건지 알려주세요!

      딸기를 썰어 두면 그릇 밑에 물이 생기는데 그 물만 버린 뒤 사용했어요~~^^

    I tried this and totally failed. Lol. This person has talentttt. She's so good but I think I just need practice. Also the cake was flat so I think she used a 6 inch? I used 8 inch pan and it was half her size. I also suck at frosting cakes but it was still fun. I love watching your videos tho because u make such nice creations. 💕

    This recipe works very well! I used 9" cake pan, cake flour, and heavy whip cream. I increased all ingredient to 1.5 times. The baking time took 1 h with the same temperature (340 'F).
    오오 이 레시피로 완전 성공했어요! 저는 초보 베이커구요 하라는대로 따라했더니 꽝손인데도 맛나고 예쁘게 나왔어요!!
    저는 지금 미국에 있어서 1호 2호 센티미터 기준 케잌틀을 못구해서 9인치 케이크팬 사용했구요 모든 재료를 1.5배로 사용했더니 양이 넉넉하게 맞았어요
    다만 굽는 시간이 1시간정도 걸렸던 것 같아요 !

    does anyone know how to stop the cream from turning yellow? Idk if I’m whipping it too much bc the cream isn’t has light & moveable as his. Also how to stop water coming out of the strawberries? I’ve let the strawberry dry out for 4 hr but water still comes out as soon as I mix them with the cream.

    Can I use frozen strawberries for this recipe? Also Is it okay for the strawberries to be sour for the cake? We only have those in the Philippines :(

    Hi, I want a ask some questions,,
    1.why do you mix the egg on the double boiler? What does the 40°C temperature does to the cake compare with normal tempeterature?
    2.what if I dont have any corn syrup, can I just left it out or is there any substution?

      turn up the egg temperature and whip, It can make a softer, finer bubble~^^
      You can also use starch syrup or honey~^^

      I want to make the chocolate sheet cake using ur recipe, but kind of confused after I watch this recipe, because the previous one you didn't use double boiler but the cake still looks soft.       Depends on the strawberries. I find that the more ripe they are, the sweeter

    This cake recipe isn’t functional at all. I’ve tried making this cake recipe 6 times over and each time it didn’t work out- it collapsed, baked and became eggy instead of spongy as a cake should be. The aesthetics of the cake looks nice however I don’t think the entire recipe was present and it was ultimately a dud. There are much better cake recipes to be utilized.

      The cake batter worked well. It's the icing and decorating that's most difficult to perfect.

      Chiheb Zer Bonjour! “Corn syrup” est « sirop de maïs » en français! Si tu ne le connaissais encore pas, c’est juste un sirop sucré à base de maïs! :D
