Blocked tank breather hose?
Nah, tried that.

Hey mate. It sound like a needle in the seat.
Needle in the seat or needle and seat??? I know what you mean. Thanks for watching.
Is he not a fan of the camera? or just a bit Grumpy? ;-)
It's all about me...not him.
@@mongreldogproductions Hahaha
That BMW is getting schooled by the old DR what a wast of money give me a Dr anyday half the money ten times the bike .
Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. Really insightful. Thanks for watching.
Old mate probably doesn’t get beyond the local coffee shop on his stolen pushie.
Sounds like you've got something floating around and In the fuel tank over the cabaretta on the tared road it is settling on a fuel line or a jet all the best trevor
We never did get around to clearing the main jet...maybe that was the problem all along.
I think I mentioned to you to pull the carburetor off and apart in my last comment.
Air ~Fuel ~Spark , Dr`s live
for the 3.😉🤔🤔😄😄
Great video till the accident at the end. It sucks how fragile life is.
Did he check the small filter inside the carby inlet pipe?
I'm not sure that he did...I have a DR650 and that was the first thing to go.
I told him that last episode
DR650 problem. My guess is a plugged fuel tank air vent (gas cap)
Nah, tried that early in the piece. Thanks for watching.

At last, not a KTM suffering mechanical disasters in the outback

I didn't like your review on the Michelin anakee wild as I brought one on the weekend two hundred and seventy dollars for my 91xt was running a t 63 Michelin superseded he said spewing 😡
I was just about to ask what those tyres are, thanks
I do say that it might be a great tyre...just not suitable for Adventure Touring. I hope you get good mileage out of it. I dont normally endorse or criticise a product...that's not what I'm about. Thanks for watching.
I was on some tkc70s on a CBX500 on gravel formed roads, meadows and looser rough stuff and they were hopeless. On the road they were terrific but as a 70/30 tyre I found that means they aren't really good at anything.
@@lowend5566 We expect a lot from our tyres...maybe our expectations are out of whack with reality. Tyres will ALWAYS be a compromise. No one tyre fits all.
Thanks Steve - been watching the complete series. Did the Earnest Giles about 3 years ago. No problems at all! Been following your progress on Google Earth. How did you get from Plenty H'way to Aritunga?
Turned Left just East of Gem Tree down the Binn's Track thru the Zircon Fossicking fields...
