What makes Baptism so essential for my salvation?
In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit; One God, Amen.
God created Adam & Eve as infinite beings. When they sinned through disobeying God, they chose the devil rather than God. This sin caused separation from God and therefore death as God is the source of life. Consequence is death for humanity in general as we are all sons and daughters of Adam and Eve. We inherit that corruption (consequence of sin) which leads to death.
Christ became incarnate and died on the cross. He was raised again since He is LIFE. At this point only Christ is alive.
