Provoking a swat team response doesn’t mean much imo my uncle owns legal guns and quite a few his girlfriend made up some story of him threatening her entire family and that he beat her up and the swat team came out and it was all a lie and I’ve seen many videos of people lying and having a lot of cops come out or swap.

Drug use costs a lot of money. People addicted put drugs before everything else. This is happening more and more and we can see the number of homeless increasing. That group of people can't get out of addiction and some are raising children who suffer from their parents addictions. Poor decision making from drugs and alcohol affects future generations as well. Big problem and no easy answers.

Magistrate Fink being excellent as usual.
She is known for her incredible tolerance of people, having a preference to try to get people calmed down and to work with her, than just banging the gavel.
    Why this difference this time?
Easy. Because she does not allow people to be rude, disrespectful, threatening etc...to OTHER people in her court.
She puts up with all sorts of things being said to HER. She is as far from a hanging judge or a wilting flower as can be. I've seen her deal with people who are screaming and throwing furniture, and by just talking, and talking and listening to them, she brings them round to being able to participate in their legal case.
But that is HER, she doesn't allow any sort of impropriety to other people who are under her aegis.
    Magistrate Fink, is fucking brilliant.

The tether designation works as a note for future judges in the (very unlikely) chance he is released at a later time (say if charges are dropped or something else happens). He will otherwise be held in a secure location, and if in the future he is “out” - and it will be hard for him to get out until he secures housing through a jail program/living in a halfway house etc - he will be placed in a shelter situation and have electronic boundaries placed on where he can go.

I don't think anyone wouldn't be shocked with that bond amount lol..his eyes though when she said it. Interesting that he's had no charges for 15 years, and then pulls this stunt. Is it his chile he was trying to kidnap? That is TERRIFYING. What in the world is he doing??? Crazy.

the judge excusing his behavior after the fact while in court the next day is indicative of racism of low expectations. millions of people have stood in court in person, & listened to the court read the formal charging documents, accusations or had to allocute. giving him a pass as if some how it was so terrible for HIM to hear what he did to his victim is absurd, and frankly it demonstrate how little the court expects from this man. its that type of mindset which leads people to think voter ID laws are some how racist, when the true racism is believing a large portion of our public is incapable of obtaining state ID because their not smart, or capable of functioning in society (despite the fact those very people are no less intelligent than anyone else, regardless of what liberals might like to think). its SO disgusting.

No one is against voter ID laws as long as the state doesn't charge people for an ID in order to be eligible to vote. That would violate the Constitution which says pole taxes and fees can not be forced upon someone in order to allow them to vote. I would love to see everyone be required to show an ID in order to vote as long as each state doesn't charge it's citizens for an ID card just to vote. I have a driver's license so it doesn't affect me but I don't want anyone told they have to pay anything in order to exercise the Constitutional Right to vote. The same Constitution that I swore an oath to support and defend when I joined the Marine Corps.

$5 mil.. Wow.. Homeless, mentally ill, and a history of violent behavior.. He won’t be breathing free air for a while.. On a side note, there was a time, especially in the South, when a guy like this might come in the front door of the prison, but he’d be leaving out the back door, for sure..

If you don’t want to be held accountable for crimes, go to jail, prison and be held accountable and responsible then don’t commit crimes.
