I've been wanting to participate in Summerween for years, but it's always during my exam period😢 But I hope you have a great time and love all your picks! Excited to see what you think of Ancillary Justice as well.
Cant wait for Summerween, thinking of going with "We have always lived in the castle", a graphic novel called "Seance tea party", and possibly "A dowry of blood" 🎃
I’m thinking of picking up classics like psycho and hill house. I really wanna get to ancillary justice and horror movie soon too. I really liked head full of ghosts by Tremblay!
@wandering0wonderland I hear it's very very different from the show which has me intrigued, I quite like the show but I'm excited to see how different it is
hill house is one of my favorite books of all time!! I actually wrote a 14 page paper about the book, the 1963 movie, and the TV show in college so it may be more accurate to say that I am obsessed with hill house
I am hoping to get to Mexican Gothic in September or October. It will be my first by the author, but there are several I am interested in, so I am hoping I love it. I hope your reads go well. Have a great month.
OMG! I just finished Space Opera and I loved it! It is my first Cat Valente (I don't know much how she usually writes) but her writing was long-winding, strange, thought-provoking, funny, confusing, calling out humanity, and imaginative.
Ancillary justice is my favorite Book ❤
Hope you enjoy your reads and Happy early SummerWeen 🎃👻📚🧋
