Oh, what glory awaits us in Our Lord Jesus, it thrills my soul and can't wait to see my Lord face to face and worship Him.

Hi, Can anyone help me out with this….. When Dr Lawson says we’ll be able to slip in and out of the new Jerusalem, can someone explain this a little please? Where would we go to, where is this in the bible? I’m wondering if this is leaning more the dispensationalist view than reformed theology, as I know he holds to some of their eschatology, but genuinely not sure? Thank you :)

Good question. It's not dispensationalist, though; simply Scriptural. The beginning of Revelation 21 declares "a new heaven and a new earth" (see also Isa. 65:17 and 66:22); the universe as we know it (which is now under the curse of sin and corruption [Gen. 3] and groaning, waiting for salvation [Rom. 88:18-25]) will be done away with as the Almighty Creator forms and brings a completely new, sinless, curseless, glory-filled universe into existence (Rev. 21:1). The focal point of this newly created world is the New Jerusalem (Rev. 21:2) whose "gates are never closed" (Rev. 21:25). The people "whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life" will travel through those gates (Rev. 21:27), going out into the rest of the world to do the work God gives them to do (Rev. 22:5). This totally new paradigm is currently beyond our conceptualization, but our loving God has given us these brief, hazy glimpses as, I think, anchor points for our hope (Heb. 11:1).
      I hope that helps.

We will have bodies just like Our Lord Jesus Christ and will be able to go through walls and travel at the speed of thought and be able to visit earth.
