- Thinking of moving to Spring, TX? I mean, if I wasn't living here I totally would! Besides being my favorite season, Spring has GREAT things to offer and I'd like to share my TOP 5!

Lived here in Spring for over twenty years:) love it!
There are a lot of farms that dot Spring, Texas where families can enjoy getting fresh veggies. Tomball which is 15 min from Spring has great bbq, farmer’s markets, eclectic stores.
Great school districts: Klein School District is a top tier district.
Very accessible to Houston and closest airport is IAH.
Great parks: Cypresswood Drive has Meyer Park and 249 area has Kickerillo Preserve
Overall, great diversity and community.
Wouldn’t live anywhere else. 💜

Spring is nice, it's just a nightmare getting into Houston. If you work in the Texas Medical Center forget about it. I rented a nice apt in Spring but I moved closer to the city because it was too far from my job. The long drive and traffic were making me sick. Spring is not Houston. It's a suburb 30mins outside the city. Expect longer delays during morning and evening rush hours. They're still doing construction on 45. Complete nightmare.

Don’t go with this guy. He’s horrible and a new agent. Has only sold 9 houses in entire career and move around a lot. He is Non responsive and knows little about the market here or how to negotiate. I Found a top agent who got us a beautiful house in the desirable area we wanted and negotiated lower price in only 2 days. If I had stayed with him, we would have been houseless coming from out of state.
