01 "Lucy Dutton (Hermit's Self-Teaching Method)" Thai Festival in Sendai 2024 2024/06/15

This time, we will look at "Lucy Dutton," a traditional Thai health method.
It seems to be based on the self-workout method handed down to hermits (ascetic monks).
It is a very relaxing and comfortable way to stretch.
I went to "Thai Festival in Sendai 2024" held at Kotodai Park Citizen's Square in Sendai City.
There were many booths and stages where visitors could experience Thai culture, entertainment, food, and miscellaneous goods.
The two-day event was held from June 15 to 16.
This year was the 12th year of the festival.
The venue was filled with colorful clothing, sundry goods, and the smell of spices.
