Especially Being in large crowds.. that has always made me feel sooo uncomfortable! But I have always been introverted haha😂 usually what helps my anxiety is when I draw, read, or just go for nature walks. :)
I'm so glad you liked it!! I'm so introverted too so it can be hard to force myself to do things out of my comfort zone especially when they involve other people cause it just feels easier not to lol. I agree, nature is such a cure all!! 💗

I'm single and do everything alone! Covid didn't affect me socially. I was fortunate to be able to work through it.
