This Turned out so beautiful! I believe myself to be crafty I even have diy and craft videos on my channel but I’ve never made a wreath!! I’ve always wanted to. I just find them intimidating to make for some reason. I’m watching a bunch of videos trying to learn techniques. You make this look so easy. Thanks for the inspiration to try again. I’m gonna be at dollar tree first thing in the morning to get supplies. I love learning from talented creators like you!!
This is so pretty! I love the shape. Why did you cut the slits in the wood before you used the band saw? I’m always wanting to learn new tricks. Thanks Christy
Hi thank you sorry I missed your message! I cut the slits so my band saw wouldn't get jammed around the curves. The smaller pieces of wood fall off as you cut. Otherwise I would have to keep backing the blade out and reposition. I'm not a pro at woodworking lol so there may be a better trick lol!
I made this and I think it turned out ok. I used MDF instead of plywood. It was a little more difficult to cut than I think plywood is. Did you make this to sell? What price did you sell it for? I love your youtube videos. You are a very good teacher.
Thank you so much! Yes I did sell this one...I would probably sell these for around $25 locally and $35 online...I usually double the cost of materials, and then double again to get a good starting point for pricing. Hope that helps!
I love this. I’m a little behind on Christmas. I’m still working on my bow skills. So thanks for showing how you did that. What size was your ornament? It looks like a great size. But I have no guess LOL
Finally a right way to do it video so it last. Thank you 😊 💓
Absolutely Darling! ❤

Would you be willing to give the measurements of the door hanger? I’m not sure how big to cut it out of the plywood.
Hi! Yes I think this was 18" tall by about 15" wide. I will try and link the pattern I used down in the video description.
