- Judy Collins sings "Where Or When," Lyrics by Lorenz Hart, music by Richard Rodgers at a 1982 New York supper club event. It is a classic show tune from the 1937 Rodgers and Hart musical "Babes In Arms." This clip is taken from the 1982 PBS TV broadcast of the program "Alltime American Songbook." Judy says she first learned the song from her father when she was in grade school. She recorded it for her 1979 album, "Hard Times For Lovers."
This is such a great song and she does it full justice.
Amazing .....Judy has a peculiar magic like few others ....
Stunning
Superb
Surprise! She sings it beautifully!
Why are you surprised? She can really sing! Not just folk songs!
ONLY JUDY COLLINS
It seems we stood and talked like this before
We looked at each other in the same way then
But I can′t remember where or when
The clothes you're wearing are the clothes you wore
The smile you are smiling you were smiling then
But I can′t remember where or when
Some things that happen for the first time
Seem to be happening again
And so it seems that we have met before
And laughed before
And loved before
But who knows where or when?
so beautiful....
Her eyes are so beautiful
Absolutely to everyone
Love it for a very long time.
Great ! Excellent ! Well ... Georg W.Bush was there ... Look between 2' 03 " and 2' 06 " .... He appreciates ...He was not yet Prssident of the USA but Governor of Texas.

I love Judy, and she sings this great song so beautifully. What a pity, then, that some of the lyrics are wrong. It's NOT "Things that have happened for the first time" but rather "Some things that happen for the first time." The difference isn't trivial. The first way makes no sense in the context of the song. The second, correct way does.
her eyes were always so far apart I always thought she was a pleiadian
