Fair point, but probably one of the main differences between the two warranty services is the clear absence of any communication with the customer on what is going on with Leupold. For all I know it could have been lost in outer space. No paperwork, no confirmation of it being received and no confirmation of it being sent back out to you. For that alone I would vote this as a Vortex win. Now with that said clearly that scope was extremely old and they did repair it and get it back to good working order at Leupold's factory so this is not crappy versus excellent these are two very good companies with excellent services and one slightly edging out the other. Thanks for your comment and thanks for watching!
I would like to comment but I’ve never sent a Vortex back, but I have had 3 Leupold warranty claims. They went fine.

You were comparing warranties but you sent different types of optics, not a good control group

I agree, I enjoyed the video and understand your points. I would have sent in two “like” products though.
What’s the process to send in some binos to Vortex
Fill out a form (on vortex's website) with your information and what needs attention, send it in with the binos and wait a few weeks!
