Unpopular opinion. I like this woman, she acknowledged she doesn't give unsolicited advice, so you're not obligated to listen to her. She doesn't advice her daughters because they are old enough to know what they want. She's entitled to her opinions because it was her experience and her experience is valid.

You are wrong you know. Once you begin to pill your opinion, much more when it's done through a major media, then you are giving an advice even if it's subtly. Many will hear her and think it's the norm, forgetting if it's her personal experience.

Takeaway from this: Mrs Roseline is a woman of substance. When you have values and your priorities straight, not obscured in any sense, life becomes worthwhile. Society and the economy has no hold on you. You are independent, you have a mind of your own, and you understand the essence of life.
This is some levels, I wish we could all get here.
In a nutshell, Ladies, be wise. Guys, be disciplined!
May the Grace of the Lord be with y'all.

I like the whole podcast, but I disagree with the idea that women cheating in marriage is nasty, but men cheating is downplayed as they are just having fun. It doesn't mean anything. That doesn't make sense to me, as I thought Mama was big on mutual respect in marriage. That doesn't show mutual respect for the sanctity of the marriage.
I believe both men and women should be responsible in developing the required self discipline needed to respect the sanctity of marriage.
Men shouldn't be excused or given a license to cheat.

Don't be misled when she say "don't be submissive" simply replace her idea of submission with dictatorship and you'd know she's right all along. In a nutshell, she's saying that you shouldn't settle with an inconsiderate and cruel dictator for a husband. This is what I deduced from her explanation of submission. She has an interesting point of view.

Thanks for that clarification because most ladies/women will term her word to another thing. Understanding is key in life but some ladies/women are not that intelligent. It's her experience and her understanding. She is a smart woman and I love her perspectives so much.

I am not one of those men who think a woman should be submissive and be treated like a doormat. I believed husband and wife should have a mutual respecte for each other and that is what I uphold in my marriage. In fact, when I was single, women who dont challenge me doesn’t appeal to me.

@@samolu5367 this is all it takes to make a balanced marital relationship. The other one that most of our men subscribe to leaves one party to bear the names Patience and Endurance. This the fomular prescribed by the Bible... Mutual submission. "...be submissive, one to the other". Men have been greatly misguided. We will all give an account of how we ran the families God entrusted in our hands.
