I believe the second muffler is the same but all the other components are different. In the front the manifolds are on either side of the block as it is a V8. The first muffler is actually 2 separate mufflers and they do not meet until the middle muffler. Finally the last muffler is a different design for the V8 and might not fit on the 530i.
@@DeadRosesofficialYT If the muffler delete is for the rear/last muffler you may be able to put in a 540i muffler is the hangers line up. I would recommend looking at an OEM diagram. Realize though, the 540i muffler internals are not designed for the 530i.

this exhaust is from HK5 motors, their company closed and it’s discontinued but you can find it on ebay or amazon. just purchased one for my e39

No modifications to the engine. Running 93 Octane which may help it run a bit smoother.

Do the twin 3" tips fit into the standard rear cutout? sounds great
They are a bit too big and require a bit of trimming of the surrounding plastic.
the stock 530 bumper does not have exhaust cutouts i dont know if the M5 bumpers have dual cutout or single

Yes I would assume so. the 525i is just a slightly smaller engine.

what wheel and suspension setup do you have?
I have BC coilovers all the way around. Rear tires are 255/40R17 and the fronts are 235/35R17.
