I totally agree, I don't buy from sellers that have a "no return policy" online.
This was super helpful! Only started selling on eBay since the world shut down. I had no clue there was a difference between just a seller and a store. 🤦🏻♀️ Didn’t even finish the video, I went and switch over to a store. Now I am going through my 200+ listings and cropping all my photos square.

I never took the time to worry about the little things like you picked out. I just started doing the thrift thing and I agree maybe a seperate store for those items. Thanks so much.

I’ve noticed, if you put free shipping and just incorporate the shipping into the cost it seems to boost sales.

Also if for whatever reason you need to refund shipping, then you don’t have to since they technically didn’t pay for shipping.

Started part time 3 months ago, so far I am doing everything you said except for free returns and I have 100% positive feedback.. thank you ❤️❤️
I never used to do free shipping, because I couldn't wrap my head around how less profit made sense, ever. I know, I know! But I get it now. Especially with the newer Fed Ex shipping discounts available to Top Rated sellers, it does make sense. Because I can sell a huge, vintage train set in its original box for $80 + FS, and have it gone in weeks, or I can list it for $50 + shipping and have potential buyers balking at $60-ish in shipping cost alone. It took some time, but I finally get it, and I am free shipping on most of my items now. Thanks for always talking about it! It finally got through to me!

I've been having the worst luck on eBay over the past month. Constant lowball offers, buyers not paying for items, sellers ending listings early and all that. Its meant to be a side hustle but its driving me insane.
On the bright side, everyone else on eBay must be going great because I keep taking one for the team 👌
