while theres no commentary i imagine you mean that the game doesn’t feel like its worth the sub price right now because you’re a new player, you’re not the target audience the vast majority of people who play wow do so at endgame level, wether it be farming transmog/mount/pets or m+ aid. just enjoy the leveling but know at max level it gets much better and the content variety ramps up.
Still not worth 16.99 a month either way to play a game that still feels the same as it did 8 years ago. You can even instantly buy Level 70 which is even worse, I'm not new to the game but I've only played to Level 20 but I've been playing way better MMORPG's that are FREE to play with more to do. I can do all of those things on games that are free. I'm sure it's fun to play because it's decent it's not like I'm saying it's terrible but it's absolutely not worth paying for monthly.
@@kushmcblunt "I'm not new but I've only played to 20" you're basically fresh out the womb, until you've reached max level and done like normal raid you are a brand new player, you have yet to scratch the surface of things to do your only objectives right now are questing and dungeon spam for XP to reach max level where all the content is, I've played other mmo's my entire life including wow since like 2007 and wow is just much more endgame centric, the focus on max level endgame gear increasing/parse min maxing is taken to the max because everyone that plays at those higher levels (Aotc/+20 m+ lvl keys} is a sweat because of that $15 monthly barrier to entry. not to mention when you get to the point of having more gold than you know what to do with you can pay for your sub + other blizzard launcher games with your wow gold.
@reesalas I've been playing other MMORPG's since 2004 and I've even played it then but I guess I haven't made it that far but I grew up very poor and never had my own things so paying for a subscription let alone my own system or PC setup. Now I could do it but it's not worth it to me still I'm sorry. I'm not trying to make it sound like the game is terrible but it's just nothing you can do to tell me it's worth paying monthly. I just don't like the idea of making someone pay to play a game pretty monthly then also force them to buy the actual game pretty much aswell. Seems like a huge cash grab to me.
@@kushmcblunt i totally understand and thats honestly what i meant in my first response of “you are not the target audience” wow gets some new players but its basically a nursing home for veterans that are too deep in the sunk cost phalacy that they just physically cant help themselves but to log in atleast weekly and do some dungeons/raids. if your sub is still active i highly highly suggesr you try their classic seasonal modes. right now its season of discovery which is basically classic with some of the classes best abilities from retail ported over. its much more slow paced and the emphasis is more on leveling up and community rather than just blow through to endgame so you can dungeon/raid spam.
