Interesting list. I have had mono black thrown together for quite some time. I have been trying agadeems in the main over the lake of the dead and a few swamps. The deck mulligans a lot and the amount of 5's and 6's I keep that can turn 1 but are 1 black card off of turn 1 with grief/unmask back up are unreal and agadeems helped that considerably. Lake of the dead is insanely strong but it frequently felt like win more or just forced a mulligan. Also side board ratchet bomb (or the new one) or karns sylex fixes the auto losing to chalice/grafdiggers problem. Good video
