[Ik this is spoilers] for people who don't play Hotline Miami 2 but want to know the context: Basically, the bald guy with white and cyan clothes is the one of the henchmen from the Russian mafia. Henchman/Henchie wanted out from the mafia, so he told his boss (The son) he wanted out. But in order to quit, his boss told him to raid a Colombian mafia base. As he cleared the base, he found a duffle bag full of money. Taking it, he goes back to the russian mafia base. He finds a Colombian Mafia member on the way, but he decides to spare him. His boss let him quit his job after his last mission he did. But before Henchman left the mafia, he took one of the drugs that his boss made. So, he went home to meet his girlfriend Mary. At home, Henchman told his gf Mary that he has a "surprise" (The dufflebag filled with money) and he will reveal it tommorow. Henchie, feeling tired, goes to bed. After waking up, he finds that the money is missing. He calls Mary, but to no response. Going to the kitchen, Henchie finds a note from Mary which states that she's leaving him because of the money. After going outside, he finds that his car is also stolen. After Mary left, Henchie goes to a place to do drugs alone. He tries to call Mary but to no avail. Mad with under the influence with drugs, he throws the phone away. Then a van appears and the tires screech. A bunch of animal masked maniacs (Aka the fans. Corey/ The Zebra, Tony/ The Tiger, Alex and Ash/ The Swans, and Mark/ The Bear) go to the bar and wipe out the people inside it. After murdering everyone, they find the Henchman in the room while having a drug trip. The fans decide to kill him in the worst way possible. The Zebra masked woman smacks him with a metal pipe to his eye and head 3-4 times, the Tiger masked guy looks away(probably of guilt), The Swan twins grab him and stomp on his crotch until it bleeds, and lastly, The bear masked maniac stomps his hand into mush.Turns out, the Colombian Mafia member Henchie spared told about him to The Fans. Before he died, his last words was: "I just wanna go home".
The fans aren't supposed to impersonate Jacket,but rather-you guessed it-the fans of the first game. The only people who MAY try to impersonate Jacket,or at least his work are Martin (Pig Mask) or Manny (Miami Mutilator)
