- This is an incomplete version of the previously unreleased original 1983 recording of No More Words, before Georgio Moroder was brought in to re-record the song for the well-known 1984 single/album version. This was compiled together from the only known bits of this original recording still in existence. While maybe not as good as the known version, it's a nice piece of history nonetheless.
Thank you! I'm assuming this is the version produced by Mike Howlett.
WOW!! Thanks for adding this back!
I only had a snippet up before, this is the first time I posted the full reconstruction.
@@rubellanremasters3888 I am LOVING it! :)
I love your rebuilds, brilliant as usual.
First I’ve heard the original version. Although this sounds more like an unfinished studio version or demo. I find it interesting that John and David generally don’t care for Moroders versions of No More Words and Dancing in Berlin. Yet if you took his versions and added in TMBA, you have some really great pop music. I much prefer original Berlin (PV and LL) but I’ve always wondered what a Moroder produced Berlin album would sound like.
Sounds like a dub version or a maxi
Oh wow, this is RAD!
AMAZING!!! What A Find!!!🤩 I Always wanted to hear what it sounded like before Georgio got ahold of it. Interesting how it sounds more like their stuff from the Pleasure Victim album. Especially the vocal parts. Amazing what a great producer can do for a song. Thanks for posting. If you ever have any more Berlin goodies, please post.❤❤❤
Thank you for posting. I’ve wondered about the probable existence of this for years, especially since the pre-Moroder version of Dancing In Berlin exists as a Bside.
